Beltway traffic on the north side can start as early as 2 pm, in my experience. And if there's an accident, you're hosed.

If you MUST get there by 4 pm, I'd suggest leaving by 1 pm -- especially with the potential for traffic.

Ky is such an amazingly loyal friend who has put up with my extremely malleable decision-making process (i am a libra/libra rising/libra mars for gods sake!)
we have known each other for many moons. he is a wonderful melange of sagicity and hedonism. plus, he has an excellent memory of random details. i appreciate this. i think Ky should move back to the bay area. maybe one day he will....
