Breaking down Barriers

These images were taken on my adventure of the coulees near Kyle Saskatchewan.
The fence, symbolizes how one may create separation, isolation.
The purpose of the fence being put, in history, was because they were planting new tree life in this area. They were planting trees that were not quite native to this land and conscious or not, they created a barrier on the land.
In one of the images, you can see the land and where tribes of deer would sleep at night. The fence… supports no purpose, only to try and act as a boundary with no reason. It creates challenge, though serves no true purpose in the present. Yet we keep it up? Why?

We as the human species, have certain responsibilities, just as all dances of life.
Perhaps we should look at our inner worlds, and see what fences we hold up.

Earlier today, I was pondering… as I wrote:

How much separation is actually created by our subconscious?
How open do I allow myself to be?
What vibration do I chose to exist on?
When may I choose to let down all these layers and allow myself to be seen?

Imagine wearing layers of soft satin fabrics, bamboos fabrics, silk fabrics. One by one, allowing the fabric to fall gracefully to the Earth. It’s like taking off the armor, the preconceptions of the mind, and allowing one self to stand open and vulnerable. Standing rooted, with nothing and everything – the essence of I am. Surrendering, allowing skin and air to meet… merging temperatures to become one. The sun is bouncing and reflecting translucent light. Energy is rising up inside, sharing insight and intention of the essence – honoring all dances of life; Merging with gratitude; living with the Earth.

Our family; our tribes – openly giving appreciation of the reflection, Beauty radiates in everything. All we need is to stop and still. The time becomes the timeless. The camera is a magnificent tool for deeper reflection – feeling the flow, surrendering to the moment, and allowing it to be seen in multiple perspectives. The self is a wise teacher, just as the student.

Co-existence is a powerful tool too.
What is it to co-exist? What is it to hold space?

I have seen self in sacred scenes of Aloneness, as well as sharing with the Earth. To find self, and allow self to experience life in its fullest truth, what is it to allow self to share with the same species? This can feel quite foreign at times.

How infinite the distance the eye can create.
I stand in great presence of one self. I love the way I be.
Though to know one may deepen in the experience of a witness...

This is what the trees teach me. What if human took down that fence… what if we allowed these trees to share space – to co-exist? Native to the land, and explorers living with the land, together can share in beauty, dissolving the separation and isolation.

This shows up in so many aspects of life. In roots to y-our blood, in interaction with human life, plant life, animal life, all dances of life. Perspective – how do we wish to embrace life?

To embody, is to stand open and vulnerable.

Oh my hom!

I see in the minds eye .. ther are many innr journys to take and I find, find latly that th more I journey outward the more reflection there is to do inward - this is how we reveal ourslves to ourselves and pl back th layers - the burid and wrapped secret of th possible - this is how we discover secrets and things we did not know about ourslvs before and then this - these becom the roots that allow us to stand naked and grounded rooted in the world- our inner worlds hidden beneath the soil our bare skin touching the air - only half ever half of us rveald into the light the air the sky - the rest of us nestled deeply in th soft moist darkness of the earth - and the roots are a reflection of the branches.. or vice versa.

Thank you Kylee for your reflections- enhancing my own rflections and allowing us to go further.

Love,
Adrienne
