50 y.o. grandmother, happily married to my much younger (and hot!) husband. I am a counselor/ therapist and have been working in the social services field for 15 years. I currently work with homeless young people in Portland, OR. I love attending Si.Si.Wiss circles and "potlatches" (peschalts), having a beer after work, picking fresh vegetables from my garden and sharing them with others, and making things with my hands. Right now I am learning to twine cordage from natural materials, like dogbane and cattail, and hope to begin learning basketweaving.

I am a member of the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria in Sonoma County, CA. I am of Southern Pomo descent. I am very proud of my heritage and am learning more all the time. Although I am far from my place of birth and my tribe, I visit as often as I can and love to connect with other ndn people of all tribes.
