The quality of this woman's soul is shocking. She is willing to take this vehicle of life and fling it into the corner - 3 times the recommended. She does this knowing she has crashed before. She does this knowing that it hurt and still hurts from the last time but she also remembers when it was done just right. 4 wheel power drift leaving other mortals with their mouths agape wishing they could follow, not knowing her hands are still bleeding from the last fire while she grips the steering wheel. If you are crazy enough to get in the vehicle with her the devil will smile because he knows he just caught another one with his tasty bait.
If you are gutsy enough to try and stand in her way - mess with her timing - then you are toast. But if you are innocently crossing the road as she comes around the blind corner she'll stuff it into a tree before hurting you. Everyone - now pray with me - Please Mr Devil, be kind to your deserving servants.

I just had to let my tribe pals know I am FINALLY, after 4 years of nomadic madness, moving into my own place - a nice 2 bedroom right in the heart of the East Village-Chicago. I sign the lease and get the keys on Saturday. This is my first place where I will be living alone - EVER. I swore to myself last January as I moved out of my husband's house and into a crappy, small apartment with a misogynistic, thick headed, pseudo-Buddhist roommate that I would never move again in winter. What follows is a summation of my father’s last days, including a private ceremony I held for him the night before he passed, and how I intuitively woke up as he was dying, twenty minutes before that first phone call came from the hospital telling me "there has been a change in status… please hold," and of the wild goose chase my mother and I were sent on when the hospital managed to lose track of my dad, freshly dead, or as they so kindly kept referring to him as "the body."
