My machine broke down weeks before a show of my photography was to go up on the walls of The Brickhouse here in Venice. What to do but rescan the whole lot. The photos that went up came from work I shot in New Orleans in the nineties and photos of BRC back in 05. Remember the hollow feeling of dread the whole world felt that week but we on the Playa felt even the more poignantly?
