My Blog

One for the Road
In my adventures in working for the government, I come across a lot of interesting people who I happen to work with who have been tucked away ever so gently into the bowels of a dank building. Every so often these people seem to emerge with a very memorable imprint on life. The most recent of these imprints comes from a story which was told through a person who had witnessed the aftermath of a memorable incident which had occurred a while back.

NYC Fight Club
Aaron and me had a great time in New York this past week. We got to visit some friends which are two totally cool people. It was really nice for one of our friends to listen to our stupid jokes and show us around beautiful NYC the whole time we were there and managed to entertain us a few nights of the week. From what I remember from my drunkenness, it was a really good time.

Groundhog Day
The other day I was called into my boss’s office yet again to hear another lecture. What about do you ask? The most simple and common complaint of them all…. Attitude. You see, my boss’s like to complain to me that I seem disinterested in my work and I don’t have a happy positive attitude all the time. A few weeks ago my boyfriend's little boy came to us telling us a story. And what a story it was! Apparently his mom has found her calling in life and mind you, it was a really difficult journey to get there but she has ambition people! Stupid People and the Lack of Patience I Possess
I seriously need to work on my patience level. I really have no patience for stupid people. This is something I should really work on.
I often wonder if the people I work with are really dumb or if I'm just misunderstanding of them. What bakes my noodle even more is why are these people getting paid more money than I am??
