Proud of myself..
After struggling with shoulder hooping and then finally getting it...I also conquered getting the hoop from my knees back up to my waist..Wooo!
After rolling my shorts up and getting my Hoopnotica travel hoop out with the super grippy foam on it, I did it every time.
I could control it and wasn't just a hit or miss. My regular hoop with just gaffers tape I can manage mostly also ( takes a try or 2 but I get it)
The more I hoop , it seems the more I learn. It's fabulously addictive.
Skin + grip seems to be a big key. I really didn't realize how much so to master some of these.
Hooping makes everything a-ok?
I truly had one of those days yesterday that started out bad and you think " I should have stayed in bed".If it could go wrong , yup it did.
Started off with my cell phone spazzing out due to the system and issues on their end, got to spend a total of a hour on the phone ( most of which on hold grrrrr)
Still not resolved... Bank decides to get wonky. Managed to avert that crisis and get it fixed back.
Thought I'd broke a toe by kicking a dang baby gate I forgot was up..
So I decided to hoop a bit............
I suddenly was able to shoulder hooping after ages it seems of it just not working.......
Made the whole day all right and made me extremely happy and pleased with myself I'd done it.
Maybe it was a coincidence but after that, all problems resolved themselves..
Cell phone got worked out in 5 min with second phone call after that and they gave me 30 min free woot!
Hoops fix everything? Perhaps not but for me .. I think they may.
