I started to come to Karen Mok forums to find information about my new favorite singer. I found all that. What I also got in addition was a new great friend, Lauren (aka Lauren Jinx Morris). Lauren lives on the other side of the world and we'll probably never ever get a chance to meet face to face until one of us becomes rich enough to travel the world! :) But we stay close and friendly with our e-mails and forum posts. I like Lauren because she's spunky and feisty and honest and brave. Those are the best kinds of friends - the ones who speak out and tell you what they want you to know. So now I can thank Karen Mok for all of her music and movies and for being so famous that somebody made forums about her and that's how I met Lauren.

Lauren Jinx-Morris is far and away the most loyal Karen Mok Man Wai fan in the world. But what makes Lauren so sweet and endearing is not her fanaticism for a pop singer/actress, it's Lauren's sincere honesty and her talent for expressing herself so well in print. I sense that Lauren is going to be a newpaper journalist or a film critic someday. She has the proper insight and the ability to turn a phrase for maximum impact. I'm so glad that I am a Karen Mok fan, not only because I enjoy Karen Mok's movies and music, but because by trolling the 'net looking for Mok forums, I found Lauren Jinx-Morris.

Lauren Jinx Morris (aka Lauren Mok) is perhaps the greatest living fan of Karen Joy Morris Mok Man-Wai. None of these Karen Mok fan forums would be as interesting as they are without the lively chatter and information provided by Lauren. Although I've only met Lauren on line I can tell that she is really an enthusiastic and vibrant personality and she is destined for great things. I am proud to consider Lauren as a friend.
