Last week was a good week, the best week this year.

First, we were at the R.E.M. concert in Zurich. We were there very early and waited two hours for the door opening and therefore stood in the very first row in front of bassist Mike Mills. I feel so extraordinary, something's got a hold on me...

As New Order sang in the eighties, today is a surreal and bizarre day. Why? Beacause I declared today as that.

First of all, I feel a bit dizzy. This is slightly unimportant, but still tremendously irrelevant.

Up until now I have not been confronted with death directly. For 40 years I had the luck not to lose anybody who stood close to me.

Because of this I had no detailed knowledge about death. Although I had put together a naïve picture about dying, as it turned out it was only a notion, a childish mosaic how death could be. Since weeks I am following the posse which takes place in our oh so serious political theatre.
The title of the piece? "Much Ado About Nothing" would be appropriate. Or even better: "The Taming of the Shrew". (Sorry, William Shakespeare!).

But let's give all this an own name. Let's call the comedy, which quickly became a fiasco "The Arrogant Sovereigns' Unedifying Adventures"
