My Testimonials

July 22, 2007
I've only had the graces of meeting this man once and very briefly, for he was too fucked up the whole time to coherently converse with, but yet, I know this man and some of the great fuckupery he's been known to initiate and lead. This man is a legend, he's the talk of parties he's not even at! and still takes the cake and does it all with the cutest smile on his face, externally unmarred and amazingly scratch-free somewhere in NYC. Legohead, you're one to toast to.
cheers

I've been having trouble thinking of an appropriate way to phrase my thoughts on Adam and the impression that he's made on me since I've met him, and simply put, I've decided "Legohead is my Hero".
Fuck, I hate to admit it about anyone, but I look up to the guy (He's very tall and I'm Asian) .

How does a guy make a last minute decision to come to NYC from Texas of all places and manage to kick so much ass?! He's a mutant Alien sent to earth to school us all in the ways of fine beer and quirktastic confusion. "Breakdancing Smurfs with Paintball Guns!" is what he annouced late one night at HH. And it actually made sense!
He doesn't even remeber saying it. It was like he was being channeled by the mothership to deliver the wisdom to me. (My life hasn't been the same since)

How does he manage to be such a Fucko(TM) and charming Southerner all at the same time?
The mind boggles.
I actually heard him say "Pardon" to someone on the subway the other day, and my head almost exploded.

And the crazy thing is I've only known him for a few weeks! Should I be warned guys? Where does the crazy thrill ride that is Mr. Noisymilk end? Does it end in whiskey soaked flaming narcoleptic bacon riding giant avocados? Or with tiny inflatable pigs with finger mustaches playing drums on top of life-size replicas of the Empire State building?
I suddenly feel the need to buy more bottled water and duct tape......

There are watchers and there are do-ers. Hell there's a bunch inbetween, but Lego is a Maker. A Make Do-er. A Do-er of Making Things. And that's awesome. The celebratory objects make for expressive opportunities for others. And this in turn makes Dallas less plastic - five stars!
