Hi Tribe!

Hi hi hi hi! It has been a very very very long time. I am sorry that I have forgotten you or gotten distracted by other things and sites.
So I am well, I am still learning and growing. I am mostly pretty happy.
I was so happy with tribe and so appreciative of meeting such cool people in the bay area, some whom I am so close with, some whom have sloughed off. but all is as it is meant to be, really.
I just really wanted to say hi and post a pic.

The Fine Line....

between a rather colorful life and a work world. Currently, I am starting a Facebook account for my agency. I like doing it, funny that i like it more than starting my own account. I am organized and have started albums and it is all good.
But... What happens when my information arises on the account? I am a colorful person and have a candid way of expressing myself. For instance, the dress that I am wearing in my current profile pic is really revealing, and that is what I currently have as the main pic for my Facebook account. Do I take my profile down to a G-rating?

Oh and here is a funny related story. I went to BM this year. There were only a few other people from my agency that also went, one being the CEO who I work very closely with. he is a really cool guy. But this is the conversation that ensued at a recent holiday party at his house. Somehow the conversation turned to us seeing each other (the first person I saw that i knew in the will call line) at BM. Then the conversation turned to nudity and I was saying how I am "anti nudist" and then I qualified as being anti nudist for "Myself only". Bob chimed in with how he didn't get naked this year for fear of seeing me and being naked. Actually he also qualified his statement with the fact that he was with his kids and their friends. Regardless, this is the kind of relationship that I have with the CEO of the agency.

Still, how do i make a separation, firm up that thin line between work and home especially when they meet so close on line.

I would also like to say that I never got so crazy on Facebook as I did on tribe.net.

Check out what some crazy people did over in Sausalito...

onlineadventure.com/videos/S...Burn-Boat

This is an incredible video of the Sausalito Yacht Parade. Every year for the past 20 years the people of Sausalito put light their boats and parade them in front of the Yacht club. The club hands out prizes to the best boats. This year was a bit different. The White Holly took expression to the next level. Suffice it to say that an entire new category is now in the works.

Hell's yeah, the White Holly was above and beyond, Crazeee burners! And I was happy as hell top be riding on and helping with that boat.
Almost the highlight of my weekend, i cannot really divulge the hightlight (sorry).

Oh and just 40 seconds ago, there was thunder here in SF.!

Thank God that Hjorst posted a picture!

I was prepared to beg someone to post a picture b/c I had three days of watching an animated gif of a woman with a cow head on and her boobs were suctioned off with some kind of bdsm toy and were bouncing up and downs, thanks to Good Michael >spank<.

Now I see something innocuous and electric looking. Hell it could be a torture device but I am relieved that it has replaced the main picture which was disturbing me on too many levels to mention. But I was being polite and letting good michael have his fun annoying me.

Sweating is beautiful!

Although i have to admit... I am a sweat-er. So when i decide to join the kult of Bikram, I sweat even more. Big fat globules of sweat. The woman doing yoga next to me barely broke a sweat. I HATE her! although, I have to admit she was really nice and quite sociable. Still what right does she have to stand there with her perfect body, striking perfect poses, not sweating!!!???

Anyway, this post is not about her! it is about ME! I am doing this bikram yoga thing and I HaTe it! i hate the heat! I think I will never last the 90 minutes! I hate how inflexible I feel when I compare myself to others.

but I also love it. I love that I feel almost no stiffness or pain the next day. I love that there are people I know and love running the studio (Mission Yoga Yo) I love that a bunch of my friends go. I love that I am kind of loving the sweat. I love that I perceive myself to be more flexible and healthy in the coming year.

Thanks Juicy and Steve and Cat and Julia for forcing me to join this kult of Yoga!

Me thinks Tribe is new and exciting today.

I dunno, I just have a feeling. Or perhaps a little bird told me so.

Regardless, watch it!

PS. I joined a kult. The cult of Bikram yoga. Watch it!

I must admit, I am a PR addict!

I missed a few seasons which only means that I can catch up on them at some point.
Why? Why? must I be so hooked into a reality tv show? It is just not me.
But I like the fashions, not that I wear what they produce nor do I sew.
I just stay hooked in and get invested for some reason.

so this weekend I have been volunteering for DocFest
www.sfindie.com/
It is helping me stay sane while I am recuperating from Oral Surgery.
I figure, I just can't smile or talk to much, and it gets me out of my misery.

I was so excited to actually go back to the Roxie theatre to see 11 minutes which follows Jay McCarroll (the winner from
Season one of PR) post the show perks on his own with his first show at Bryant Park. It was a great Doc. I was really impressed
with him as a dynamic character, a great and innovative designer and the ability to make himself so vulnerable to his fans.
What a pleasurable experience of PR related fluff.

Come out to the DocFest!

Me thinks that McCain is hot for Obama

He can't admit that he's LGBT and cannot come to terms that he's actually not a rasict.
So... this is what we get.

Decom 2008 was a different and more PG decom for me.

I arrived with my two god-daughters Andee - 10 and Layne 6, and their Mom, a long time friend.

You know, it was a delight to be with them at something that was more about my life than theirs. I was so glad that Lynne decided to go.
I was able to introduce them to lots of friends - that might be YOU.

Andee and I ate at the Dust City Diner and she got more of a piece of her wacky godmother. And you know what, I think she is just as wacky as me. We ate pickles, carcenogenic grilled cheese sandies , coffee (me) and PIE! it was so much fun. We chatted with a ranger to our left and a crazy worn looking man to our right. I love that diner and feel sad that I never ran into it out in deep playa.

We got bunnification Visa's from Dan & Nicole. I told them not to look at the naked mens and their dangly bits but they did.

It was a delightful day and i got pooped out!
