How beautiful is this SPRING day! Its warm for a change, and I'm here working having dreams of speeding along in my little van on PCH with no traffic & no cops to give me speeding tickets (remember...i'm dreaming). For some reason, I have tons of energy today, even though I'm still fighting a cold. I hope everyone else is not on tribe right now & OUTSIDE IN THE SUN!!

I'm still trying to put the words together to describe how it felt to be surrounded by so many amazing people on my birthday, which is why I'm finally doing this almost a week later. I really must thank all of you that could make it be spend a little time with me--even on such short notice. It still feels like a fun & colorful dream that I keep playing back to myself. All of you made this special!!! THANK YOU!!!

Although I still have feelings of being lost & confused in a city which I consider my home, I'm reminded that I'm never alone here & still have a loving family wherever I go. I'm SO THANKful for my family—both real & adopted along with all of you amazing friends. Yesterday was one big, fun warm-fuzzy that I never want to forget!
