Dancing is my joy and expression. Brasilian, west African, fire, and improvisational moments are what I practice...although I have started training in aerial tissue work these last few months also. I love music, and being taken to other worlds through sound...I love the intricacies. Working with plant and design of landscapes is my work, and the general enjoyment of nature brings me peace and fulfillment. (One reason I have stayed here in Santa Cruz amidst my desires to be part of a larger diversity of people.) Working for community and social/ecological justice are also important to me, along with bringing more awareness to my spiritual and emotional growth, however hard that journey may be. Other interests include: cooking and savoring flavorful food, traveling, languages, folklore, health, sewing costumes, being crafty, working hard and working up a sweat, reading inspiring novels, visioning, dreams, and creating positive change for myself and the world...
