So the last few weeks I've been going to sunday evening meditation, which I very much enjoy. It's Buddhism-based, I forget which flavor, I know I kinda like the Theravada brand. I still can't wrap my mind around not-self. I can wrap it around no-mind, that's no trouble. I'm trying to decide how much of this fits into the rest of my "soul's code", so to speak.
