This guy is the one person on the planet that knows me almost as well as I know myself. And perhaps he even knows me *better* than I know myself. There are species that are enormously different but look quite similar, and species that appear to be vastly different, but are otherwise quite similar. He and I are an example of the latter. All this I offer as background, so you can believe me when I say that he's totally worth having as a friend. He can offer interesting, insightful conversation, great stories and great laughs. He can listen like nobody I know, and he's even a good cook! And if he were ever flew out to Hawaii to meet my cat, I'm certain she would approve of him.
