Movement in Stillness

Being in the present moment is hmm...
If only I could sit and just compose a poem, pulling it, plucking it, out of the space around me. In a way, I see that being in the now is like that, because it is sitting still and noticing the poetry around me. I become a poet of my space, selecting from the elements an artistic flow of forms and feelings. I can bring this idea with me as I exist in the moment wherever I choose to be, as I move through the day, through life, through emotions, through choices I make. As I stay here, I nest in the comfort that is my present and my now.
