Asharah's Bellydance Fusion DVD

After doing the conditioning portion and only getting to the "hips on the up" drilling section I had to stop because my arms were falling off and my thighs exploded like pushing all the ketchup in a package up to an end until it pops.

I am officially Asharah's bitch.

Well I guess there can be worse things in life.

So tonight was back to dance class.
First class in over a year now. I'm taking with Joy who is the head dancer of Fire in the Belly dance troupe. I was so nervous about this class. My usual issues being the mirror thing and the body of my teacher.

Let me just say.....Joy rocks.
