Aaron has some pretty sweet pajama pants, if you care about that sort of thing at all.

I don't care who Aaron marries, I've already volunteered to carry the baby for Aaron Logan Hall and his (sure to be) short, cute, Jewish-looking (swarthy!) husband. I guess that means I like Aaron, yes? (I hope you can accept this testimonial even though it is not March 31, 2006).

In the tumult that entangles various aspects of my social cosmos, logan remains a steady and calm fixture in the eye of the storm. Like the mast of the ship, Its nice to know that when necessary, I can hang on to him and not get blown overboard.

logan's been talking to me about marriage for a while now. it began long ago, which was a little weird for me, as we didn't know each other as well as most people do. but i stuck things out and we've been getting closer and closer since those early rocky times. as a matter of fact, he hasn't stopped talking about this marriage thing since then. he's even starting a blog about it. i hope he doesn't put up any photos of me on it. he's into photos and i like to keep my life private. he may be a little obsessed with marriage, but it's endearing. now that i think about it, logan has been talking marriage with a lot of people. that's ok with me though. he's worth keeping around.

aaron. aaaaaaaaron.
he rocks, he rolls.
he bips, he bops.
he flips, he flops...
he's a love, this one.
silly, loving, strong - and easy on the eyes to boot!

about me
I'm one of those nice guys. You know, the kind that holds the door open for people every single time. The kind that smiles and says hello to people on the bus, on the street, and in stores.
I'm pretty unabashed about what makes me happy in life.
I read comics because they take me back to a time when my imagination ran wild and anything was possible. Something about super powers that really fills the mind with endless possibilities. Of course, I like ogling the hot superhunks in their spandex too.
I like porn and chocolate. Lots of both.
I'm very good at keeping friends' secrets. I, on the other hand, almost never share my most personal thoughts with my friends. I'm private like that.
When I go jogging my mind feels clear and focused. I wish my mind were that carefree more often.
I have a tendency to stay at home reading a good book, or watching stuff on the internet (ahem, *porn*), rather than going out and dancing the night away. This relative introversion is a new development, and I'm digging it.
Someday I want a husband, a house with a back yard, cats and dogs, and kids. I love kids. Whenever I spend time with my niece and other young cousins, this paternal instinct kicks in. Is it possible for a gay guy to have a biological clock? I think so.
I believe in the inherent goodness of mankind, and never give up hope that we can make the world a better place. I wish my day job did more to affect humanity positively.

Today the Senate voted to confirm controversial judicial nominee Judge Leslie Southwick to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Nine Democrats voted to confirm the nominee while three didn't cast a vote. I decided to write a letter to the Senators.
The nine Democratic Senators who voted to confirm were: Akaka (HI), Byrd (WV), Conrad (ND), Dorgan (ND), Feinstein (CA), Johnson (SD), Linc...

Last week I heard the brief rumblings over the "T" being dropped from the LGBT-protective ENDA bill. The situation goes a little something like this:
- A version of ENDA was introduced in April that would protect LGBT citizens from discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation
- A new version of the bill was introduced recently that drop...

My mom has been recovering from surgery and spending mornings at home for the past several weeks. She has been reading her email daily, and looking at all of her email from MoveOn.org. One of the emails she read prompted her to call her U.S. House of Representative Devin Nuñes' office in Washington, D.C. She called regarding the SCHIP bill that funds millions of kids' healthcare. (more info here - ap.google.com/article/ALe...LfY3zUOHgQA)
Apparently the funding is se...

Today, January 25th, 2007, marks the day I sold my largest material possession and became car-free. I feel liberated and limited at the same time. Excited and anxious. I have no doubt, though, that this is yet another step I'm taking toward having the life I want to live.

Today I was arriving at an appointment in the Upper Fillmore around 8am. I pulled into a metered spot and sat in my car for a minute. While I sat there, I looked at the shiny, new Miata parked in front of me. Then I noticed that the driver of the Miata had very noticeably left his keys in the trunk lock.
I hesitated for a minute. I couldn't just leave the keys unattended like that, could I? Should I sit there and guard the car? Maybe take the keys inside one of the businesses? I looked aro...

Her name is Madison and her shop is called Blown Away. I've been consistently happy since I started going there 2 years ago. Instead of a haircut every 4 weeks bc the $15 places kept botching it, I now go every 8 weeks or more because Madison know...
