A Slice of Heaven - Fall 2009
Greetings to you from the hot and toasty canyon of Topanga. Here’s another look at the astrological line-up, enjoy! At the fall equinox the year starts to coil in on itself. The days get ever shorter and the nights stretch out to maximum length. With the diminishing of light comes are certain seriousness. The kids enter school again, grown-ups focus on the plans ahead, there is a collective move toward completion.
The impending darkness is traditionally counterbalanced by much celebration: Halloween, Day of the Dead and Thanksgiving all open the door for Advent and the traditional ‘return of the light’ celebrations of the winter solstice.
Currently there is an ongoing Uranus Saturn opposition: the celestial taskmaster is having it out with the revolutionary, maverick, or bratty teenager. It’s about creating new forms of working and being. Anything that feels tight or constricted, will want to bust loose or find a way to expand. Anything that’s too utopian, ungrounded will come in for a reality check. Focus on finding your equilibrium, get ready to expand or contract as needed. Flexibility rules.
This topic will become amplified big time by the beginning of 2010 as this opposition moves into the cardinal signs of Aries & Libra, with both planets in square aspect to Pluto in Capricorn.

A Slice of Heaven - Summer 2009
Cancer, Jun 20 - Jul 21Here is a look at this summer’s planetary line-up, which casts a pretty vivid picture. If the astrological weather this spring has been turbulent, then summer looks like it’s not going to slow down one bit either. We are heading into another eclipse cycle, as happens twice a year. It tends comes with rocky emotions and a high level of drama. Or, as we used to say, when I worked for the Psychic Eye Book Shop, a.k.a. the Psychic Sweat Shop: “Somebody is going to be upset!”
Cancer is a high drama sign to start with, as it is ruled by the Moon. Extra sensitive, extra emotional, and easy to retreat into it’s shell. Or to quietly scamper off sideways.
With the current eclipse cycle featuring to New Moon, early and late in the sign, this is surely going to be lively summer, both at home and abroad. Mostly affected are the cardinal signs: Capricorn, Aries, Cancer and Libra.
Read on for a glimpse at the planetary alignments:
Jun - 20, Sun enters Cancer at 10:46 pm
Summer Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year. Expect plenty of high energy exchanges going on this weekend. Good for social activity and for letting go of old patterns and blueprints.
Jun - 21,
Venus conjuncts Mars at 15* Taurus.
This magical degree in the middle of fixed signs is strongly connected with the spirit realm, namely the archangels. So, whether you are currently in a relationship, in between, getting over it, or up for new beginnings, tonight’s the night to say your prayers or go on the prowl looking for trouble.
Jun - 22
New Moon 2* Cancer.
Can it get any more intense? The opposition to Pluto new pacts, manifestos, statements of intent, and realigning your commitments.
Jul - 1
Uranus SR 27* Pisces
Unusually restless vibes for the holiday national weekend. People will feel frisky and inclined to abandon all caution. Be assertive about your personal boundaries on that one, or get real reckless and into uncharted territory..
Jul - 7
Lunar Eclipse 15* Capricorn, There have been some interesting crop circles in England this spring, that indicate a major Solar Flare on that day. A fine time to be prepared for possible power outs. Just for the heck of it, and to err on the side of caution, do update your emergency preparedness kit and procedures.
Jul - 10
Jupiter ret. conjunct Neptune
Today is extra dreamy and intuitive, check the news for unusual occurrences. Look out in traffic for a few space cadets, happily skipping along on cloud 9.
Jul - 11
Mars enters Gemini
Think of it as a ram in the library. Pushing, shoving, and messing with the flow of information, which may be going any which way..
Jul - 21
Solar Eclipse 29* Cancer
Good for finishing up family affairs, getting closure on things. Moving on.
Leo, Jul 22 - Aug 21
This part of summer is the best time for self care, or getting away from it all. The Leo is a natural born leader, and the current line-up can be summarized to the old hippie credo / admonishment: “Do your thing!”
Aug - 5
Lunar Eclipse 14* Aquarius
Here you get to ‘do your thing’ with friends, and in public. Good for gatherings and humanitarian activities of any kind.
Aug - 14

Any aspect to Jupiter comes with a tendency to blow things out of proportion. In this case look out for inflated egos, and a pin ...
Aug - 17
Sun opposes Neptune, Chiron, Mars trines Neptune
Watch out in traffic because a bunch of people will be driving sleep at the wheel, or on autopilot . Good for romance, not great for rational thinking, or the giving and receiving directions. Keep your feet on the ground and avoid confusion. Accept that reality is not what it used to be.
Aug - 20
New Moon 27* Leo
Going in, in order to go out. Comes with potential for visionary activities, vivid dreams, keen intuition, and a look at the vast, big picture.
Virgo, Aug 22 - Sep 21
Most inclined to provide meaningful service, this sign has been bogged down by Saturn’s transit for the last couple of years. Comes with hard work, something no Virgo is afraid of, long hours and increased responsibilities. Feel’s like a heavy, wet blanket. The good news: Saturn is about to move on, into Libra this Fall.

A Slice of Heaven - November 2008
As the year draws to a close, and the world markets are in turmoil, there is a rollercoaster of change going on, that’s challenging the status quo. Some of these changes are subtle, others more obvious, in your face.In these trying times it helps to cultivate patience, perseverance, stay in the moment and deal with what is. Who would have thought that the currencies, stock indexes and oil prices could fluctuate like that? Less than six month ago we were paying $5.- per gallon gasoline. However: What goes up must come down. And: “Nothing fails like success“. (quote from Osho)
This unified, global happening brings up the core values of what makes life worth living. Love, support, nurturing each other, protecting the children, nature, enjoying each moment of each day. Cultivate gratitude for this experience here and now, give thanks for this opportunity to go along for the ride. Use your awareness, and don’t resisting anything.
So, lets do look at the bright side, simplify, make good use of resources, and cultivate friendships as the best of assets.
Scorpio - the tough cookies of the Zodiac
The pervasiveness of autumn growing cooler and darker, and the ghoulish holidays of Halloween and All Saints Day fall into the sign of Scorpio. It’s a resilient sign, that’s represented by powerful animals: the eagle, the snake and the scorpion.
It’s also associated with the mythical phoenix rising from the ashes. Those born under the sign are able to transmute the most challenging experiences. There is a sultry sex appeal that comes with a keen interest in metaphysical matters, and an ability to look straight into the core of things. Can be secretive, behind the scenes. Do not make them mad, as you will likely regret it. Intensely emotional and passionate, a Scorpio is a ‘force majeure’ to behold.
Congratulations to the famous, feisty Topanga Scorpio’s:

Cheers and happy birthday one and all. May it be a most excellent year on all levels!
Calendar
Nov 1
All Saints Day Neptune SD
Today the doors between ordinary and non-ordinary reality are wide open. It is customary to honor and celebrate ones ancestors. The ceremony can be as simple as lighting a candle, a prayer, a bit of food left outside, an altar with candy and some photos. Or as elaborate as the Catholic ceremony, or Dia Del Los Muertos camp outs at the graveyard.
Nov 3
Venus square Saturn, square Uranus. Mars square Neptune
This adds plenty of tension leading up to election day. Much potential for confusion, loss of focus or direction.
Nov 4

A Slice of Heaven - Oct 2008
The planets and their cycles deeply influence the collective minds and interactions. This influence can be rather subtle, and occasionally it’s not so subtle at all, but right in your face. While there are numerous systems, tools and techniques to the art of astrology, they all seem to work somehow, once you start paying attention to them. So, try this one on for size:
Libra, the charmers of the Zodiac
Pleasant, easy going, well dressed and ultra cooperative, these folks are good at making life easy for the rest of us. Their aim is to please, and help everybody get along, to the point of seeking consensus at all costs. Ruled by the lovely Venus they are graceful, creative and appreciate the finer sides of life, namely art and beauty.
This pretty picture is currently skewed off center by Mercury retrograde in the sign until Oct 15. Expect to re-evaluate and re-assess your involvements with others. Also be prepared to address any needed balance between giving and receiving.
Venus, Libras ruling planet is already ahead of the Sun in the feisty sign of Scorpio. Along with Mars which is in extra macho mode here, in it’s home turf. The gods of love and war’s residence in Scorpio can bring about a dark, obsessive emotionality, that is driven by passions beyond rational control.
Fortunately Jupiter in Capricorn is in trine aspect to Saturn in Virgo all month long. While there is little to cheer about on the global economic front, at least there is good cooperation, and collective efforts to sort things out. The earth signs (Capricorn, Virgo & Taurus) are being called on to help others by keeping their feet on the ground.
Famous Topanga Libra’s:
Darby Warren, Debra Silbar, Jackie Johnson, James Dean, Jim Crawford, Johnathan Yaney, Julia Sugarman, Julian Scott, Kathy Gibbony, Livia Salamon, Patrice Winter, Suzanne Teng, and all those not mentioned here. Cheers to all and happy birthday, may it be your best year ever.

Oct 3
Mars enters Scorpio
For the next 6 weeks you can enjoy a much needed resiliency and resourcefulness. This will add a certain edge to the pleasant, charming Libra interactions. Make good use of all your connections, perseverance furthers!
Oct 6
Sun square Jupiter, Sun conjunct Mercury, Mercury square Jupiter
Indicates a big day with plenty of tension build-up. Expect loads of excess mental energy, as things are coming to a head. Consider going for a walk, reconnect with nature or do something physical to get out of the head and into the body.
Oct 9
Venus trine Uranus
Today community and friendship rules! It is a fine time to get together with old friends or lovers from the past. Also feel encouraged to express your quirky fashion sense.
Oct 11
Venus square Neptune
This inclines to romantic infatuation, and tends to blow things out of proportion. Keep your feet firmly planted on the ground. Avoid over eating, over spending and over doing things.
Oct 14, 1:02 pm
Full Moon 22* Aries, Sun trine Neptune
Since there are few planets in fire signs this month, the Aries Moon adds a good spark to fire things up. The cardinal signs (Capricorn, Aries, Cancer & Libra) will likely feel this as a drive to ‘must do something right now’.
May bring up issues around taking care of yourself, versus taking care of others. Remember to keep looking out for #1. Expect volatile tempers and short fuses all the way around. Some will be antsy and others ecstatic, as the Sun / Neptune aspect facilitates flights of fancy, keen intuition and breakthrough spiritual experiences.
Oct 15

Sun enters Scorpio
Here is a doorway to the mystical realm, that supports tapping your inner strength. There is a tendency to be driven by desires, or need for powerful, passionate relationships.
Oct 26

Oct 28, 4:14 pm
New Moon, 6* Scorpio
Now is the perfect time to regenerate, nourish or resource yourself. Take a break, get some bodywork and sleep as much as you can.
Oct 29
Mercury trine Neptune
This aspect will likely trigger bright ideas, fresh sparks of insight, inventiveness and creativity. Make sure to have a notepad handy.
Oct 31
Halloween, Mars trine Uranus
The Halloween tradition signifies the descent into the dark season, as the veil between life and death is very thin. We honor the ancestor that have gone before us, that the transitions of those that have passed during the year. We also get to dress up as our alter ego, worst nightmares or kinky fantasy.
This year the holiday falls close to the dark part of the Moon cycle. Expect to feel less social and more introverted. Mars Uranus adds a daring element and need for excitement. Look out for alien out-fits and space cadets.

A Slice of Heaven - Sep 2008
Fasten your seatbelts everyone, as the current astrological weather indicates some lively times ahead. Here is a look at what the planets are up to this month:There is a team of players in the fairness minded sign of Libra: Mercury, Venus and Mars, are all squared off to Jupiter in righteous Capricorn. What could this imply? General tension, and an appeal to humanitarian, educational causes. It is an action oriented time. Tackle whatever needs to be done, there is no use to procrastinate or resist change. “Be the change you want to see” and lets get on with it already.
This line-up will have an effect on the cardinal signs (Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, Libra) Expect some major activity or breakthroughs in relationships, possibly on a global scale. Now is the time to negotiate, cooperate and expand to include all aspects of the mystery unfolding.
It’s likely that all this excitement is going to ruffle the feathers of the usually so calmly composed and proper Virgo folks. That, along with Saturn’s passage through the sign, which brings a call to duty or service orientation. So, here we go again: hard work, do the right thing and charity towards others.
Famous Topanga Virgo’s:
Francesca Forese, Sandra Bacall, Elizabeth Golden, Tanja Hunger, Lala McClave, Willow Ross, Joachim Wiesel, Eric Lynn, Lee Michaelson (born on Leo’s cusp, but leaning to the Virgo side) Happy birthday one and all, cheers to another year of new beginnings!

Sep 11
Venus conjunct Mars
Every time the forces behind love and war get together in the sky, marks the beginning of a new chapter in relationships. This happens about every two years, here it’s in the peace & justice oriented sign of Libra. Both of them share the bed with Mercury the mischief maker. Here is important to focus on clear communication between partners, and being both generous and inclusive. Make the relationship big enough to contain all opposites and idiosyncrasies. Love as agape, to unconditionally love and support what’s best for everyone, to help each other grow.
Sep 12

A Slice of Heaven - August 2008
Here is another look at what the planets have in store this month.Eclipse cycles happen twice each year, often triggering high drama events of emotional intensity. This month there will be two of them, one week before and one week into the Olympic Games, symbolically bracketing the international event. Both fall into the regal sign of Leo, which has plenty of drama to spare as it is. This will likely add fuel to the fire and bodes for exciting times. The fixed signs (Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio) are going to feel this most, especially when born around the 1st or 16th of the month. The other fire signs (Aries, Sagittarius) born around these days may benefit as well.
Bernadette Brady, an eminent eclipse researcher writes this about the Aug 1 event :
“This (Eclipse) Series concerns itself with breaking out if a very negative situation where no hope can be seen to a more positive space containing many options. A worry that may have been affecting a person will suddenly clear. The solution is shown by the Cosmos and needs to be taken up without to much delay.”
Quote from The Eagle and the Lark, Weiser 1992
During the second half of the month Venus, Mercury and the Sun will join Mars and Saturn in Virgo. That’s half of the planets in the hard working, practical sign of the healer, book keeper and nutritionist. This sets the tone for much inner healing, conscious choices in the produce section and much gratitude for being able to serve one another.

Happy Birthday one and all, have a blast!

Aug 4
Venus trine Pluto
Good for tackling unfinished business with old lovers, especially if there’s a Scorpio involved. Call them up, get together and shine some light into the murky past.
Aug 5
Venus enters Virgo
A shift toward more practical, no-frills sentiments. Not a great day for shopping. When Venus is in a new sign the sense of esthetics changes. A style that looks great in the mirror today, may do nothing for you tomorrow.
Aug 6
Mars opposes Uranus
Restless, antsy, feisty energy. Not a great time for confrontations of any kind, opt for some outdoor activity instead. Also Mercury opposes Neptune today: the psychic radar is at an all time high. However, both these aspects together can trigger gross misjudgments of speed or distance. Watch out in traffic.
Aug 9
Mercury trines Pluto
Good for deep thinking, philosophical discourse, counseling, writing and spiritual inquiries.

Lunar Eclipse, Full Moon 24* Aquarius
Always a fun time to get together with friends, this Moon opens a clearer look at the big picture. Good for meditation, spiritual quests and prayers. A Slice of Heaven - July 08
by Lola BabalonThe tides have turned and summer season is upon us. If the heat wave during the solstice is any indication of things to come, it’ll be scorcher. At this time we experience rapid changes in economy, major wake up calls and globally expanding awareness. The US uses how many plastic water bottles and bags per second?
Drivers get into the habit of keeping the gas tank topped off, because it won’t be getting any cheaper tomorrow. The wheels of the affluent consumer society are coming off at an alarming rate. People are busily reprioritizing and reevaluating the money flow in their lives. We seemingly can’t get away with anything these days. There isn’t much slack in the social fabric, and every individual is called on to be and do their very best.
Cancer / Capricorn Polarity
This month we celebrate the birthdays of the tender Cancer folks. These are the shy, behind the scenes types, the homebodies, impeccable hosts, wonderful cooks, nurturing parents and capable professionals.
The professional element comes from the polarity between Cancer and Capricorn, it’s opposite sign. With the Moon and Saturn as rulers of these opposite signs, this polarity illustrates the matriarch and patriarch role models in our lives. The Moon rules the ever changing cycles in nature, while Saturn provides structure and purpose. Because of Pluto’s recent sign change into Capricorn, we can expect a whole generational change in meaning, purpose and how global business is done.
Polarizing issues will likely include shifts in spiritual versus professional values. The collective seeks to find or create a family of choice, as tribal alliances and communities come together. This includes temporary tribes that have evolved over the years as a cultural phenomenon, such a the Burning Man Tribe, Rainbow Family or religious gatherings.
It’s all about synchronicity, entrainment and kindred spirits coming together. Collective enjoyment of music brings people into one rhythm, alignment. So whatever the plan is for this summer, let the heart be in it, be inclusive. It’s time to make the family big enough for everybody, to hold no grudges, let go of judgment, blaming, resentment or frustration. It is what it is, and it’s all good. And if things are no good, there still is a good teaching after all.
Famous Topanga Cancer:
Claire Humphries, Stevie Re, James Anders, Pam Fomalont, Danny Vickers, Susan Hartman, Bill Buerge, Gary Cobb, Andre Dayani, Doug Farren and Eric Rasmussen, who is born right on the Leo cusp. Cheers and good wishes to all the other tender Cancer folks, who are probably hiding out at home: May it be your best year ever!

A highly emotional time, easily carried away. Good for going inward and to honor the matriarchs in your life. Comes with irrational, moody energy. Avoid overindulgence, which is a common tendency during Venus Jupiter aspects.
July 9
Sun opposes Jupiter
This aspect is good for negotiations and power talks. However, you may also feel overly optimistic, inclined to over react or overdo things. The Earth signs (Capricorn, Virgo, Taurus) should definitely try to cool their jets and go easy on themselves and others. Watch out for collective tension build up.
Jul 10
Mars conjunct Saturn, Mercury enters Cancer
Watch out for collective tension release. Today comes with extra yang energy, strong work ethics and willingness to do the right thing. Avoid fundamental arguments, confrontations and righteousness. Mercury’s sign change brings a couple of weeks of uncommon delicacy to conversations and emotional matters.

Jul 31
Venus opposes Neptune
This aspect can make you feel a bit dreamy or out of it. Good for romance, taking pictures and visual arts, less great for business. Counter balance this effect by keeping your feet on the ground. So, take off the pink glasses, refrain from judgment, look at the bright side and flash a big smile. Cheers!

A Slice of Heaven - June 08
The planetary cycles don’t cause things to happen, they just amplify certain probabilities. Astrology is the art of translating these planetary probabilities into common sense. Astrological symbolism is as old as mankind and best learned in small doses.A Slice of Heaven provides a glimpse into the current influences. It examines what happens in the heavens above and how it effects the everyday experience here on earth.
The month starts with a stellium in Gemini, as the Sun, Moon, Venus and Mercury retrograde are all cavorting in the ambidextrous, multi faceted sign. Gemini and Pisces are the two dual signs in the zodiac. As Gemini is an air sign this duality manifests as an intellectual orientation, while the duality of Pisces are in the emotional realm, more feeling, less thinking. During this current mega Gemini influence people will really want to get their words out, communicate freely and look at the many options on the table. This is good for connecting the dots, reconnecting with people, places and things.
8 of 10 planets are in earth and air element, that’s heavy on logic and reason, only Mars in Leo and Uranus in Pisces to hold up the emotional polarity.
Mercury
The classical Mercury was a messenger between the gods and mortals, often depicted as a hermaphrodite - with the physical characteristics of both genders, being androgynous, somewhere in-between. This in-between-ness of Mercury is an important aspect for understanding the sign of Gemini. All apparent opposites are embodied, which can be confusing to those with more straight-laced, goal oriented mindsets. The Gemini individual can hop, skip and jump from one aspect of their colorful personality, from one minute to the next. This also applies to people who where born with Mercury close to the Sun.
Since Mercury is the planet that orbits closest to the Sun, it is a bit more erratic in its motion. Hot air anyone? The planetary paths are somewhat elliptical, when observed from the earth and against the background of the zodiac they appear to go backward at times. Mercury, because of its tighter orb goes into retrograde motion more frequently than any other planet, about three times per year for the duration of about three weeks each.
When Mercury is retrograde its influence is felt more strongly, as the sign it retrogrades through becomes charged with mercurial mischief. Communication can be difficult, mechanical things tend to break down, letters and messages may be lost or misplaced. Weird synchronicities and repetitions. Good for reconnecting with the known, not great for starting new projects or signing contracts.
Whatever you do during Mercury retrograde you’ll likely get to do again, which is good for some things like fun and games, and not good for others like major dental work.
This current retrograde ends on June 19 Mercury turns direct, when the wheels of progress will be chugging along again.
Famous Topanga Gemini:
Happy birthday, much love and blessings to Claire Davis, Jean Francis, Mollie Hogan, Chryssa Lightheart, Adam Scott, Lisa Villasenor, Henry Smith, Randy Just, Elaine Alghani, Jane McAllister, Andrea Walker, Delphine Scoffield, Roland Van Loon and all others not mentioned here. Cheers!

Jun 18
Full Moon 28* Sagittarius
This Moon is conjunct Pluto in the last degree of the sign. It makes for much pressure to complete things or to make them happen. People are inclined to speak their mind without restraint or self censoring. Look out for some juicy revelations or “Oops!” moments in the news. Mercury has no aspects at all, a singleton, doing it’s own thing.
Jun 19
Mercury SD
Here the gears are shifting into neutral and get ready to accelerate towards action. No more re-doing the past, go for what’s new and exciting. It is also okay to sign those papers, leases or contracts at this time.
Jun 20
Sun opposes Pluto, enters Cancer, Summer Solstice
A powerful shift into the next season. As the days are longest, and solar energy is at it’s peak, the Sun also aspects the lord of the underworld. Pluto takes down all that has outlived it‘s usefulness, and opens the door for new times to come.
Oppositions create a strong magnetic pull, comes with an urge to “must do something”, especially for the cardinal signs (Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, Libra)
Jun 21
Mars opposes Neptune
This aspect has a potential for deception or trickery. Cause and effect may be confused, peoples goals and motivations misunderstood. Keep your eye on the ball, and pay attention in crowds or in traffic.
Jun 26
Uranus SR
Are you feeling a bit radical, antsy, or feisty these days? It’s a transit, it will pass, but do enjoy the excitement that comes with the territory.

A Slice of Heaven - May 08
The merry month of May finds Topanga in a rush of wildflowers and botanical abandon everywhere. Seems it has not been so green in years. Green is a topic for Taurus, the sign whose birthday is celebrated this month, the most earthy of earth signs. The sign of the bull belongs to the earth element, and is of a fixed nature. The four elements fire, earth, air and water each relate to the three modalities of cardinal, fixed and mutable. Cardinal signs are considered decisive, and active, go-getters, in approaching any given set of circumstances. Mutable signs are inclined to go with the flow and able to adapt to any given circumstance. Fixed signs achieve things rather by persistence and determination. They rely on effort and can be rather opinionated, read stubbornness.
Taurus as the sign of fixed earth has a reputation for this. But Taurus is also the most sensuous, charming, and peace loving sign, as the planet Venus rules it. Taurus people are value oriented. Their values are down to earth, and involve physical comfort. They have expensive tastes and desires, and need a certain amount of financial and emotional stability to thrive. Money and it’s management are important issues, and not always easy ones.
Because Venus rules Taurus, people born under its influence are creative and artistic. Many great musicians and singers are born under the sign. All kinds of art and beauty are appreciated, and frequently collected. Taurus is also the sign of the builder, gardener and engineer. There is a special love of nature and connection to the botanical realm. The sign can be quite emotional, as the Moon is exalted here. The two horns of the bull are symbols of the waxing and waning moon.
Happy Birthday to the famous Topanga Taurus folks:
Katie Dalsemer, Tonia Young, Douglas Roy, Gerrick Faust, Randy Johnson, Zofie Glick, Gail McTune, Nicki Ostrak, Kristina Rocco Levy, Julie Shore, Scott Grusin, Virginia Conesa, Tim O’Gara, Tinker Williams, Karen Horn, Linda Hinrichs, Ember Knight and all those not mentioned here.

A Slice of Heaven - March 08
by Lola BabalonWelcome to another peak at the ongoing planetary cycles.
The first part of the month provides a gradual shift from the intellectual into the more emotional realm, less deliberation, more flow. We celebrate the birthday of Pisces the Visionaries of the Zodiac.
Pisceans are tender, super sensitive, and have a certain other-worldly quality. The sign relates to the primal waters, the matrix of life. The planetary influence is Neptune, also known as the big diffuser. It rules the movie industry, visual arts, wishes, dreams and visionary experiences.
As the last sign Pisces is also a melting pot, that harbors the essence of the other Zodiac signs, in a kind of conglomerate, magical mix. Those born under the sign love to go with the flow and feel connected to the whole. The ‘urge to merge’ is strong, and the desire bond deeply in relationships. Often there a keen interest in metaphysics and the healing arts.
Happy Birthday to the fabulous, famous Topanga Pisceans:
Alan Ostrak, John Benedict, Melanie Kareem, Ken Widen, Kamakshi Hart, Julie Levine, Penny Chavez, Patricia Harkins-Judge, Gregory Humphries, Jerry Johnson, Jamie Sher, Michael Dean, Ross Sugarman, Yedvart Tchakerian, , Cosimo Rico, Tanya Starcevitch and of course to all others not mentioned here.
March is the greenest month, and thanks to the abundance of rain, the local hills are dipped in the emerald hue of mustard and oat straw. In Chinese medicine spring is the season of wood. It represent the drive of life force energy, is extra yang, hot and assertive. These are just the qualities of the sign of Aries, into which the Sun enters at the Spring Equinox. Towards the last third of the month the will be lots of that, read on for the details.
