Welcome to another peak at the ongoing planetary cycles.
The first part of the month provides a gradual shift from the intellectual into the more emotional realm, less deliberation, more flow. We celebrate the birthday of Pisces the Visionaries of the Zodiac.
Pisceans are tender, super sensitive, and have a certain other-worldly quality. The sign relates to the primal waters, the matrix of life. The planetary influence is Neptune, also known as the big diffuser. It rules the movie industry, visual arts, wishes, dreams and visionary experiences.
As the last sign Pisces is also a melting pot, that harbors the essence of the other Zodiac signs, in a kind of conglomerate, magical mix. Those born under the sign love to go with the flow and feel connected to the whole. The ‘urge to merge’ is strong, and the desire bond deeply in relationships. Often there a keen interest in metaphysics and the healing arts.

Happy Birthday to the fabulous, famous Topanga Pisceans:
Alan Ostrak, John Benedict, Melanie Kareem, Ken Widen, Kamakshi Hart, Julie Levine, Penny Chavez, Patricia Harkins-Judge, Gregory Humphries, Jerry Johnson, Jamie Sher, Michael Dean, Ross Sugarman, Yedvart Tchakerian, , Cosimo Rico, Tanya Starcevitch and of course to all others not mentioned here.

March is the greenest month, and thanks to the abundance of rain, the local hills are dipped in the emerald hue of mustard and oat straw. In Chinese medicine spring is the season of wood. It represent the drive of life force energy, is extra yang, hot and assertive. These are just the qualities of the sign of Aries, into which the Sun enters at the Spring Equinox. Towards the last third of the month the will be lots of that, read on for the details.

Calendar:

Mar 4
Mars enters Cancer, again, until May 9
Because of the recent retrograde motion, action oriented Mars has been haunting the tender sign of Cancer since October, now coming in for it’s last and final stretch. Re-do the kitchen, finish your home improvement projects, or heal any inter-generational family issues.

Mar 5
Moon eclipses Mercury, Venus and Neptune
That’s 4 out of 10 planets all in it together, in the quirky sign of Aquarius. This is bound to be an usual, think outside the box kind of influence, peaking today. The air signs (Aquarius, Gemini, Libra ) are going to feel this most, and everybody better fasten their seatbelts and keep their feet on the ground.

Mar 6
Sun sextile Jupiter, Venus conjunct Neptune
A fine day for studies, writing and romance. The first aspect improves communication on all levels. When Venus meets dreamy Neptune your judgment may be impaired, so be on the lookout for some folks floating by on cloud nine.

Mar 7
New Moon 18* Pisces, , Mars opposes Pluto
While Mars and Pluto have been dancing with this aspect for a while, in the cardinal mode this will flare tempers, incline to short fuses and urge to action. Everybody calm down and take a breather.

Mar 8
Sun conjunct Uranus
Brings on restlessness and unconventional ideas. Consider doing something totally new and different this weekend.

Mar 9
Mercury conjunct Neptune
This aspect may lead to gross misunderstanding or lack in reason or foresight. On the positive side it sparks much creativity, vivid dreams and deep insights.

Mar 12
Venus enters Pisces
Here the planet of love brings soft, mellow and romantic moods. Enjoy, it’ll be here until Apr 6.

Mar 13
Venus sextiles Pluto
A fine day for counseling, getting clear about relationships and “lets talk about sex, baby.”

Mar 14
Mars sextile Saturn, Mercury enters Pisces
The week winds down with opportunities for breakthroughs in negotiation and power talks. The psychic radar is on and running in high gear.

Mar 15
Venus opposes Saturn
A straight laced, no nonsense kind of attitude. Take charge or responsibility, good for budgeting and planning ahead.

Mar 16
Venus trines Mars
A fine day for deep bonding in love relationships. Since both planets are in water signs you may want to fire up the hot-tub, go for a walk by the beach, or…

Mar 17
Mercury opposes Saturn
Oppositions create a push and pull energy, here the dynamic is between rhyme and reason. Pisces has more rhyme and rhythm, while Virgo excels with reason.

Mar 18
Mercury trines Mars
Brings grand ideas, much creativity. Also a fine day for meetings and conferences, especially for wrapping things up.

Mar 19
Sun enters Aries, Spring Equinox 10:49 pm
Always a step into the next chapter. Comes with drive, initiative, boldness and courage. More info about the feisty sign of Aries in the next issue.

Mar 21
Sun square Pluto, Full Moon 2* Libra
This Moon is extra yang, with a majority of planets in angular houses and cardinal signs. Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorns will feel the urge to make it happen. Whatever is on the agenda, some things got to give.

Mar 24
Mercury conjunct Venus
Strong instincts with little fore or hindsight, look out for impulsiveness or over-reactions.

Mar 27
Mercury sextile Jupiter, conjunct Uranus
This influence brings finesse and charm to the negotiation table. It sparks creative ideas and inventiveness, so go ahead, be bold.

Mar 28
Venus sextile Jupiter, conjunct Uranus, Jupiter sextile Uranus
Like yesterday there are bright ideas and a busy social calendar. Good for intense dates and making new friends.

Mar 30
Sun square Mars
The month ends on an action oriented note. Like you must do something, anything. So don’t hesitate, just get the job done.
