Im sat here wondering where all the time has gone, although casting my mind back to all the great people and experiences Ive been through it all starts flowing back. Its been a story of mountains, deserts, cities and jungles.

Hi All

Still on the move down here in South America.

Currently in Pulcullpa on the Rio Ucalayi. Ive have been staying with Eliza and Alberto Vargas in pueblo San Francisco and am off up river tommorow to Denmarco.

This has long been one of my favourite Guardian regular articles.
