Ok, I admit it. I live in a small town. Small town people have their small town ways. I'm ok with that.

And I admit that I am a liberal...oh, dare I say it....Democrat. I like to think that I'm even a little progressive but I'm probably not so much.

...arthritis. Yep, I said the A word.

So on the advice of many friends and loved ones, I found another doctor...an orthopedic doctor...and I saw him. Rather young, not unattractive fellow. Seemed to know his way around a bedpan. Asked me more than a few questions, wiggled my feet around and proked and prodded a bit.

After all the medical manipulations, he says to me, "Well, it's probably just arthritis but I can't be sure until we get some x-rays to rule some things out..."
