So I rolled my foot in Aikido a few weeks ago and just started physcial therapy. It's amazing what we don't know about our own bodies. For example, my right foot shoots out at some direction other than straight and rolls in and one leg is longer than the other--what the fuck!

It's going well though, my physcial therapist is really good and my foot isn't puffy and purple anymore.
