Lucci is one of those people if you don't trust, then you don't understand the meaning of the word in human form. Raises the bar on the conversation, evens it out when things get too heavy, works the process. He's a good guy over a beer or a tear or when it's time to play soccer or raise a kid or a community project. Did I mention funny? He doesn't have to try to get other people to smile or laugh or think about it again, 'cause there just might be something more to it, another way to get this, whatever this is; done. Then he shows up and puts in the hours to get it actually, practically, done.
Do me a favor, don't ask too much of this guy all the time, there's only one of him and there's too much fun to be had on the side. July 20, 2005
