Always a favorite of mine. Heard it all my life, everytime my name was called. It's not a chemical I use to alter my reality, it was just the first letter of my name. That's all. Seems to have caused some confusion with those on tribe... how haven't met me IRL or who never asked what it stood for. So now it's gone... but, I'm still here... !!! xox, bunny
My laptop is on it's way to Mac heaven... sniff, sniff. Until I get a new one, I have almost no access to tribe.. or email.

I can't even download a funny picture for this blog. If you need to reach me... or want to see me somewhere you are going... call me..!!!! 
Please put an emergency contact phone number (or two) in your cell phone. Make one a relative, the other a person close to you geographically. One of these should be a person you are not always traveling with - just in case you are in a situation where you BOTH need help.

I've just updated my phone - put ICE after two names.. and put a listing for ICE with a note to call these two people. Do your friends and chosen family know who to contact in case you are injured or need medical help? Think about the people you hang out with all the time - in far away places and in dark, interesting, underground venues... do any of them know if you are allergic to anything.. or if you have a medical condition...? I bought one of these in December.. and have yet to fill it out. I'm picking up the pen right now. This type of information should always be on your person - wherever you are. And.. should also be left with a close friend. shop.getbuttonedup.com/index.asp I know this is one of those, yea.. I should do this.. I'll get to it type of things - but, this week a friend lost someone dear .. and I was around to witness the frustration and angst over.. who do I call.. and how do I get ahold of them. It added a level of diffuculty that was not needed. I'm asking all my friends to take these small steps.... please ask YOUR friends to do the same. HUGE LOVE and big, squishy, bunny hugs to all of you....

Things to do...
Walk in the rain, jump in mud puddles, collect rocks, rainbows and roses, smell flowers, blow bubbles, stop along the way, build sandcastles, say hello to everyone, go barefoot, go on adventures, act silly, fly kites, have a merry heart, talk with animals, sing in the shower, read childrens' books, take bubble baths, get new sneakers, hold hands and hug and kiss, dance, laugh and cry for the health of it, wonder and wander around, feel happy and precious and innocent, feel scared, feel sad, feel mad, give up worry and guilt and shame, say yes, say no, say the magic words, ask lots of questions, ride bicycles, draw and paint, see things differently, fall down and get up again, look at the sky, watch the sun rise and sun set, watch clouds and name their shapes, watch the moon and stars come out, trust the universe, stay up late, climb trees, daydream, do nothing and do it very well, learn new stuff, be excited about everything, be a clown, enjoy having a body, listen to music, find out how things work, make up new rules, tell stories, save the world, make friends with the other kids on the block, and do anything else that brings more happiness, celebration, health, love, joy, creativity, pleasure, abundance, grace, self-esteem, courage, balance, spontaneity, passion, beauty, peace, relaxation, communication and life energy to...all living beings on this planet.
