i am now back home in the northern elvish rainforest lands, and feeling good about being here.. ahhh my love has been so patient with me - as i went on this activating journey - the vision quest is now complete i am here starting to weave the dream - will you be a part of it with me?? a few weeks in the Vancouver/Sunshine Coast area and then off to Alberta for a couple of weeks to re-connect with my blood tribe and to facilitate and continue to activate the Edmonton area...... read more

I have been dancing ever since I can remember...that was my joy...that was my passion. And to this day the dance is what brings me back to my essential self, to my ecstasy!
I have been studying ecstatic dance since 1998, when I was given the book, Sweat Your Prayers by Gabrielle Roth. I had just finished my training as a modern dancer at Main Dance (Vancouver, BC) - it was a time of both physical and spiritual illness for me - and the words of this dance shaman reminded me of my true purpose. It has been a healing journey since then, and I have studyed the 5 Rhythms(tm) in Vancouver with Jonathan Horan, Lucia Rose Horan, and Kathy Altman, in Mill Valley at the Moving Center School, and in Nelson with Maryanne Wood. Currently I am heading to Australia to study with Antara, creator of Kundalini Dance. I have been facilitating Ecstatic Dance workshops and classes for the past 6 years. Currently I have been traveling around BC and the west coast facilitating Ekstasis workshops at festivals and gatherings such as the Mother Earth Oracle Gathering, Invision 2004, Shambhala, Dancing Dragons Festival and Earthdance in Calgary. It is my passion to awaken the priest or priestess of ecstasy within everyone I meet!!
