Nancy is one of the coolest, most laid-back people I've ever met. She has a wonderful smile that reminds me of the sun peering out gently through clouds. She and I chatted a little about chakras last Summer, and I was impresse by how accurate her observations were.
And she's telling the truth, too -- if you ask her, she just might say yes!

This information that showed up in mail at the college where I work. I think these simple flu prevention measures make a lot of sense, and will do much to prevent people from getting sick and from spreading viruses to others. My hope is that by posting it in as many groups as I can, perhaps others will agree and pass it along.
Wouldn't it be great if we as a global community (as well as our own networks of lovers, friends and family) could care for ourselves and each other in this way, ...
