Gall bladder removal
I had my 1 week post-surgery appointment today.

Doc said everything is looking fantastic and I am healing well. Most of the appointment was spent looking at the photographs of my surgery and the biopsy / dissection of the gall bladder once it was removed.

He showed me all the scar tissue inside the gall bladder and confirmed the absence of gall stones. Not even a pinhead size stone was found. The walls of the bladder were just getting too scarred up to work. It had been abnormally atta... read more

I keep forgetting I have so many blogs to update :) I have not been on Tribe for a while (it pissed me off when I couldn't log in for almost a whole week straight while they were making server changes so it was not at the top of my list for updates.

I am scheduled for Premature Evolution to have my gall bladder removed on Nov. 12th. This will be my first major surgery, but it will be laproscopic, so recovery time should be short and no big deal. I do not have gall stones so there will be ... read more
