The mountains are my spirit center. I spend most of my free time in the mothers womb biking, climbing, backpacking, etc. you name it I do it! Most people would discribe me as a spiritually, enivornmentally, health consous outdoor junky goofball.
Spirituality is the foundation for which my life is centered. Meditation and personal developement are apart of my daily life. As a personal trainer/ nutrition consultant I in corperate many of these philosophies into my practice.
