Current Update:
despite plans for Erica to move to LA, that idea dissolved when she moved further away, to Huntington Beach; & changed her employer from Chapman U. to UC Irvine, also more distant!
So we see each other 1-3 times/month, in a 'long-distance open relationship'; basically, "just dating."
We're VERY different, NOT a 'match.' She is dating independently in her neighborhood, which I wholeheartedly support. I'm committed to 'friendship first,' to Erica's individual growth... any joint experiences and ventures are tasty icing on the cake!

Meanwhile – my parents (for whom I'd been caring since mid-2003) recently died. My irreplaceable Ofc Mgr, Ginger - along with my Housekeeper, Morena - provides an essential balance of feminine nurturance in my life.

I generally ignore any request to add me as a friend from anyone I've not met IRL (In Real Life). This protects the honor of my Friendships, and the meaning of the word Friend! My Friends may not mirror my every perspective; they are people whose energy is comfortable to me, and to whom I feel comfortable extending some level of Trust. That's Something Special, and I endeavor to safeguard those Special Connections!
