Shee was so skinny, there at ze end-times. Ze willow-ze-wisp. So graduallly it happened zat I donut notice so much until loooxing baxxx, now.

I don't know the specifics of her illness(es) but, um, maybe not. It's hard to say when an animal friend is ready to depart. I've seen animals that looked like they were about to die get better when treated properly for whatever is ailing them...and then live for several months or years longer quite happily.
