Mahaleena and I first met back over 1,000 years ago in junior high in
Laguna Beach, California and were friends in high schoool. There was
definitely one of those golden thread connecting us in consciousness.
We re-met last year in Ojai when I was doing a sound check for an
outdoor engagement. I was sitting on the ground when a voice above me
said, "You don't recognize me, do you?" The shoes were not distinctive,
I didn't recognize the voice, but when I looked up, I recognized an old
friend.
We sat down and caught up on a 1,000 years, and in the process
discovered how much we had traveled along parallel paths... including the fact that I call my music MAHA for Mother's Ancient Harmonic Arts and her nickname is now Maha. (Just an aside, but my astrologer friend, Dale O'Brien, liked the name MAHA for the work I do, because he said, "It's so you, it's the Mother Who Laughs!" The same could be said for Mahaleena.
Mahaleena is a person who is certainly on the planet this time around
not just to amuse herself, although she has a great sense of humor, but
to serve us mortals by sharing her wisdom and her huge heart. She is
one those beings who has been around in more than one dimension, in
more than one country, in more than one philosophy, in more than one
religion, and is one of those ALL ONE types that is so grounded and yet
so aware of realms outside of the mundane. I Love her!
She is a stellar networker, a good listener, and has one of the best
cats ever incarnated.
