Maia has just custom designed some gorgeous goth costumes for me, and they are just frickan gorgeous! So comfortable and easy to dance in, but absolutlely eye catching and breath taking.

Maia is a beautiful, talented and knowledgable dancer. I have only seen her dancing on dvd's but the dark, mysterious almost brooding atmosphere is felt even through that. She was kind enough to to make me a pair of her pantaloons which are oh so comfy and fit so good they make my butt look awesome lol!
She is not just a dancer but an artist who feels the music rather than just dancing to it.

Maia is quite simply one of the most talented women to grace this celestial rock. Not only is she capable of the most amazing costume creations, but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to discover she has a latent talent for spinning straw into gold!
And her shimmies defy the basic laws of physics...one must see them to understand.
I am incredibly proud to have her as a friend and my admiration for her only increases the more I get to know her. Maia, you RAWK my world!

I am an eccentric artist with tendencies to wander off the subject. BellyDance is now one of my utmost desired artform, I can not count to save my life as all my friends know this from the 2005 Kismet trip. :-) I enjoy being with my animals. Athena- the Husky-ish doggie. Corona- the petite-do-not-touch-my-feet lab. Speedy- the wandering Turtle. Cin-a-bun-bunny my bunny. fishies galore whom let me gaze and let my mind wander. I like restoring automobiles from the 60's. 4x4ing in my new willy's JEEP that my wonderful husband of 10 years this november 2005 purchased for me. Oh, by the way he is HOT- my hottie tottie. I can be strictly stupid and say off the wall crap at any given moment so be wary.

September 25th 2009 LillySerpentine Fusion Bellydance Production
Let us help in strengthening the community involvement for raising awareness and raising funds for MT charities
~Bellydance Workshop with ZANBAKA 2 hour intro to the Versatile Dancer and a 4 hour intense intermediate.
~Dance
~Live Music
~Local and State Charities (maximum 20 local and MT non-profit charities)
~Silent Auction
~Photography
50% of the funds collected by the Production will be distributed to all Non-profit participants, the other 50% of funds collected by the Production will go towards ONE charity; a drawing will be held at the end of the show, ALL charities that participate will have one entry into the drawing. The Donation will be publicly announced at the end of the Production and a check will be mailed to the charity with a deposit slip for the amount.
Non-profit participants will have the opportunity to set up a small table with information about what they are, they will also be able to collect donations and/or raise awareness for their charity.
PHOTOGRAHY: An opportunity for pictures to be taken with a dancer or dancers, proceeds of the photos will go towards the shared 50% donations.
SILENT AUCTION: There will be a silent auction for bidders to sign up and bid for products or services, proceeds will then go into the “pot” for the drawing at the end of the Production show
COSTS:
$ 500.00 for Rental of the Ellen Theatre of Bozeman MT
$ 500.00 estimate for Advertisements
$ 1000.00 Lillyserpentine Hosted Bellydance Workshop
Open to the public for learning the Basics of bellydance
$unlimited$ for donations to all the charities that participate
WE NEED: ~Sponsors for cost coverage of event
~Donations for Silent Auction: Products, Services
~Charities for the ballroom event
~Dancers Performers Musicians
Willing to provide there artistic entertainment for the community at the end of the Charity event
~Anyone willing to volunteer there services: food, drink, help
~2 Treasurers to have responsibility of funds incoming and to keep
accountability of monies earned for the drawing.
~Stage manager and Announcer
~Photographer willing to take pictures of the event as well as
individual photos with the Bellydancers for purchase by the public

Tick, tick goes the clock.
The tock has all but happened.
Hear the sigh of time that has past.
See the streaks of dried tears.
Tick, tick goes the clock.
Ever wonder what happened to those days of forever, when a day seemed so long, of waiting for your parents to call you indoors and the nights of having so much family time. Of the nights that you lay awake looking at the stars and wondering. Of being held in warm and loving arms, Why does time seem to speed up toward the end like a race to the finish line? Why can you not hold on to forever and stay within a fond memory. Why does it seem to fade away? It is out of control, this feeling of helplessness. Wonder if you will ever get to slow down and see a raindrop fall everso softly. Instead of feeling the tears fall fast and harsh apon your cheeks. These things that I feel and question seem to roll like tumbleweeds in a hurricane. never ending cycles of schizopherenia and dilerium. Well that is all I have to spout. Off to go mindlessly try to sleep.
