I'm amazed that someone so gentle, so down-to-earth, and so sane can be such a NUT when it comes to FUN! This woman has the costuming thing down. Seriously. And watch out for the whips....I hear she has a few of those. ;) Melanie is completely genuine and will speak up for what's right. She is a gently creature (Warrior might could tell us stories otherwise...haha) and I hope to have the opportunity to spend more time with her in the future.

I haven't even met her kids yet, and I know they must be fantastic because I had the privilege of a bit of mothering from Melanie while I was recuperating from knee surgery. She brought me the most amazing roses, took care of me and made sure I didn't over do it during her visit. She's a total hottie, too! xoxox

Thank you all for your incredible costumes. I was delighted that everyone made an effort to get into character when they came to play in our Enchanted Garden. This seriously only takes 30 seconds and will truly make a difference. PLEASE call and repost as well! CA is so close to the passage of a same-sex marriage bill. All we need now is the Governor's signature. Though he's threatened to veto it, he HASN'T yet. We need to tell him that the people of CA are for legalizing same-sex marriage. So please call him!
