It's what I've got to work with

I am an Ironman
I completed the distance. I had little physical pain although it was very difficult.. you really can't imagine how hard it is until you try it. Or maybe you can. It's just like other hard things after all.
You go through a lot of things in your head doing that race. You find out a lot. but really most of the battle is fought before and after the race not during it. I'm still fighting the "after the race" fight now and it's tough so I can't really write anymore about it.
