so, mel is in the dictionary listed as a graceful saint. in my life, there have been few people that i have felt this way about instantly. I've been blessed to know and love her calm beautfiul presense in my life for the last, 4 years. Funny, i can''t remember where we first met initially, because when i met Mel, i felt like i had known her all my life. she is someone i have always felt a great respect for, it's been one of those easy natural friendships, like meant to be. you just know, ya know? I so admire her stamina to stick with stuff that she is passionate about. she has been ever so pateint with my rushing attitude to get to the destination of our objective, that she reminds me to slow down, and just enjoy the precious moments in getting there. i love hanging with melony, and so admire her ambition in the things she strives for in her life...mel is a women who goes after what she wants. she is one to learn from...step back and study her moves, she'll teach you what the meaning of self love is all about. and loving yourself, means you can open your heart to love others. we've studied guitar together, and been there for one another through so many moments, i always know that even if we don't see each other for a while, or even if we saw each other every day...our connection will always fall in to place...right where we left off....the knowing feeling of a beautiful soul...thanks hon, can we go see some music now??? love, sweet

Meloney looks across the room, field, desert, party
at you
with a smile
and your soul opens up
(even if you are not ready)
she reads you with a smile
then leaves your soul with a kindness buzz like no other

Someday I will be like Meloney -- serene, full of grace, tactful yet funfunfun! Mamacita, can I be you for Halloween? How about when I grow up? :-)
