Mango is a breath of fresh air. She blows in like a cool breeze on a stagnant summer afternoon and changes the course of a day. Fresh oxygen stirs up the soul and draws a smile form the dourest expression. She is quite simply sweetness. May you be blessed by having her blow into your day, for there are few people who can make it so instantly better, like she can. I am privileged to know her and honored to be able to call her friend.

I'm not sure of the exact moment in time that it occurred, but I'm incredibly proud to call Mango my "friend". She is an amazing ray of white light in this world so desperately in need of the love and compassion she provides for it. She is unique in her insightfulness and openness towards growth. Her courage is strong. I like the questions she asks of herself, and her answers never cease to inspire me.

about me
I am a very, very, very happily married woman. Please do not send me creepy messages. You'll only make me feel that the world is sleezy.

Ebb & flow...on the go...in stillness, in silliness.

Consistently inconsistent. Predictably unpredictable. Totally reliable.

A stable gypsy.

I get really happy when cars stop and let me cross the street.

The world is my wardrobe.

The beauty, wisdom and grace of elders humbles me, at times, to tears.

Grounded lunatic. Reliable goofy gal. Organic fruit. Try some.

Life in the Fruit Bowl

Generally, it's best to bring up the $$ after a job offer or if really pressured at the end of the interview with the "I'm flexible but this is what I've made in the past." or something along those lines. When a company asks you to submit your salary requirements and/or history with your resume and cover letter what is the best way to do it??? It seems like they may try to filter out folks who are above what they are thinking. Put down a range? I kinda know the pay scale for the positions... read more

It's time for a dentist visit and we finally have dental insurance. YAY!

We're looking for any recs for a good dentist. I don't really just want to open the yellow pages. It's my mouth and smile after all!

Thanks!
