On 21st. of Oktober '07, I started to travel from Zurich - London - LA towards some Pacific islands. First on my journey I reached Rarotonga (Cook islands) and after a relaxing week on paradise-like Muri-beach I went to Tahiti (actually backwards, because the only carrier to reach most Pacific islands "Air New Zealand" doesn't stop anymore on Tahiti) and from there by boat over to beautiful Moorea (3 times !), Raiatea, Taha'a and Bora Bora ... I've never been to French Polynesia before and for 8 weeks I really enjoyed myself to explore some of the Society Islands ... together with some local friends I had some great fun there. Afterwards I flew back to Rarotonga, where I've spent an other joyous week. Than I took the chance to fly in the early morning on New Year's Eve, over the international dateline, to Auckland/New Zealand, where I arrived on 1st. of January ;-) here I am now and I do some sightseeing around Auckland on the northern island of New Zealand. In a few days my journey goes further towards Samoa - my final destination and where I want to stay for a couple of months ... there are many things to find out ;-) I do hope, I can find (again) a connection to the internet there and certainly I'll report, what's going on with me and some of my aims on Samoa - here, I wish you all a fulfilling and very happy 2008 !!!

Very much I've enjoyed my roundtrip to London, arriving on Friday-evening and finding a quite reasonable priced place to stay. Everyday there was fun and with my friends also every evening we had a party ... on Saturday after making Portobello Road Market, I went to Camden Town, where I got touched on the shoulder and yeah: There was Howie - what a surprise !!! Howie has just arrived coming from the States. Later with my company we had great fun in Soho's gay street ... on Monday I was visiting Museums because of some Pacific items - later, with my Swiss friends I traveled forward to Manchester - actually such a "booming town", now ! Having much fun 'n party there, I left on Thursday to Brimingham to meet Spud in his studio :-) having a good time with him - afterwards I went to the bars ... for Friday afternoon I got my flight over to Amsterdam ;-) where every night I was going to the bars until late (or better: Early morning !). On Saturday I went to the RAI Exhibition Complex, in the southern part of the town, where the tattoo-convention was held. I was impressed of the many artists in the tribal hall - many Asian from Japan, Indonesia, Dayak, Malaysia, Thailand ... some more from the Pacific islands Tahiti/Moorea, Maori (New Zealand) and last but sure not at least Samoa :-) on Saturday I was too late to go to the convention again, so I had fun 'n' pleasures in town. Before partying on Monday, I made the Rijks-Museum featuring Rembrand - on Tuesday I took the train back to Switzerland ;-) at Freiburg i. Br. I made a break of my journey to visit Ralf and Roland at "Visavajara"-studio. Still I felt ready to get my right ear punched 3x 4mm - everything has been doing well to now. After 3 days working, last Friyday I started again partying ... on Saturday I went to the tattoo-convention at the Albisgüetli in Zurich - I met Howie and Keff and some more friends as well ! Since I'm back here we have warm and sunny weather - so it's such a fun to talk with friends outside ! Later I went to the CSD Gay Pride to continue partying ! On Sunday I went again to the Albisgüetli ... meeting friends, drinking 'n' smoking :-) yeah, I'm having great times and I'm looking forward eventually to meet Howie soon ;-) and certainly to the coming Swissmodmeeting ;-) probably on Sunday my friend from Germany is expected to arrive here in Switzerland :-) ...

After I've cut my left lobe to put in the 16mm-tunnel ... quite a swelling occured and I had to remove the tunnel for a few days. Therefore I felt more comfortable to take a 14mm-tunnel - not to risk any problems with the connecting piece between the tunnels. Now it's just perfect for the moment - soon I can stretch to enlarge the size ... last Sunday I've cut a third hole for the 6mm-tunnel at the top - now again there're three holes - but more apart and bigger sized ! After streching the lowest to 16mm -> 20mm and finally to 26mm ... I think, that's going to look smart.
Tonight I'm starting my round-trip by train to Paris - Lille - Calais-Dover - London - Manchester - Birmingham [Spud] going over to Amsterdam for the tattoo-convention ... leaving Holland on Whit-Monday, I enjoy to make a visit in Hessian and to go back to Zurich the following day, probably making on the route a short stop at Freiburg i. Br. [Visavajara] ... well - that's quite a journey ! Actually I never expected to get such problems to make my route-planning by rail - anyway, I'm truly happy for the chance to see some friends on my tour and to have great fun together

Around the turn of the year and the following times I've been very busy at work - therefore not much was on going about ink and bodmods. On the first week-end in March I went to "Visavajara" to cut my left lobe - everything was fine ... until a few days later - just after the "big snow" - I slipped on ice on the way to work early in the morning. The result was unexpected and painful: I broke my right ankle-bone. For five weeks I was laid horizontal - some medication side-effects occured ... and as soon as I could move somehow, I was asked to come back to work again. Already around Easter I could escape from the hatred plaster-cast - since I've been on the way to walk again - though, all has taken quite some strength - sometimes I felt out of power and that's actually the reason, why I wasn't much on-line nor active. With the spring and the warmer seasons my zest for life arouses again - indeed, not much happened about my intentions for tattoos - still thinking, looking instead of inking ... at times I miss[ed] some fun and inspirations of my friends into tattoos 'n' bodmods" - though, some meetings/conventions are ahead: At the end of May I'll travel to London and Manchester, visiting friends ... from England I'll ferry across the Channel towards Amsterdam and stay there for the tattoo convention at the Pentecost week-end. Only one week later there is the tattoo convention here in Zürich, at the Albisgüetli. Already after solstice I expect to have great fun 'n' party at the Swiss bodmod meeting near Bern ! Probably some more parties to come - I'm looking forward optimistically: There are plenty chances to come for suiting my desires ;-) aka, to find an appropriate contact to suit my body ... the more I see the amazing progress of my net-friends - at times I feel a bit envious about their impressing performance. At least - after I got my 26mm-tunnels recently - yesterday I've stretched my right lobe successfully to put-in the new tunnel - on the left I've cut to 16mm - to come step by step forward to the same size. Also on the left I've a second 10mm-tunnel now, and a third 6mm is planed to come soon. So - I'm back to continue ...

Last Wednesday, near Nuremberg, I finally met "BetoRea", "exitus84" and "Sickboy" and from "Lukas Zpira" I got my septum cut for a 10mm-tunnel - the fun with my buddies was great as short ! Later I enjoyed the company of "BetoRea" and Lukas going back to Nuremberg and having dinner together. The next day I went a bit around in Nuremberg - though actually it was too cold for sight-seeing and so warmed up myself while "shopping" and after lunch-time here-by I took the chance, to have a look to the "sin-a-matic" piercing shop and I feel so lucky, that I could get a fine 10mm-tunnel to replace soon the temporary of my septum and also I could order two 26mm s/s flesh tunnels for my lobes [because they were not on stock]. Looking at "Sickboy"'s beautiful new labret makes it an easy decision for me, also to go for a comparable labret. Therefore I'll look for a useful plug matching the s/s flesh tunnels. Still not yet I've decided, if I like it round or oval ? I'll find out, what's going to fit best - but which size I shall go for: 10mm or 12mm ? Within the coming days I expect to get the scalpel from my order on "ebay" - makes it possible to cut the left lobe rather soon. Actually because of the coming event in Berlin and my tongue split there - I'm not sure yet, if I'm going cut my lobe before or if I shall wait to avoid any troubles on healing. Today I was cleaning my septum carefully and thereby for the first time I took off the tunnel to wash everything ;-) the healing is doing well :-) certainly one feels always better, after putting in the tunnel without any troubles/pain.
