I've been a massage therapist since 1995, specializing in TCM and asian bodywork. I'm currently germinating on other career possibilities such as adding yoga instruction, and/or becoming some kind of writer-educator-journalist-inventor-consultant-public speaker-contractor-engineer-producer-promoter-artist-DJ-rock star-entrepreneur hybrid working with socially & environmentally responsible & visionary people, technologies & products. ...Or something like that.

Prior to my training at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley I had 3 semesters of college where I immersed myself in cultural anthropology, individual & social psychology, human sexual behavior, critical thinking, creative writing, poetry and B/W Photography.

As my environmental & sociopolitical awareness has opened up over the years, I began working on fusing my education & interests together into a multidimensional website (gaianproject.org) that integrates my affinity for the visionary creative culture, the fringe of human and technological development, and responsible, peaceful planetary stewardship. Due to it's inherent complexity and vastness, this project is still germinating.

Since a very young age I have felt, that if I have lived past lives, my current life is destined to be a breakthrough of some profound kind that sets it apart from all those before. I feel inexplicably compelled towards committing to my own evolution (on every level). If my consciousness/spirit is in fact caught in some kind of cycle of rebirth and karmic suffering, my goal is to use this life to break free of that and move into a higher level of living/being.

It's becoming apparent that part of my life-mission is not only to liberate my Self, but to do what I can to support others who share that goal, while (directly or indirectly) helping to awaken others who have yet to realize the possibility of total freedom, fulfillment, and joy in their own lives.

From my observations, it seems that most of the suffering in the world is self-afflicted through ignorance, fear, and unconscious reaction, and that people bring suffering upon each other for the same reasons. This has always saddened me. But sadder still is when I see people *intentionally* causing themselves or others suffering. While I well understand the cause and motives it's hard for me to accept that, even after all of history so far, humanity as a whole still hasn't "got it" yet -that we can actually *choose* to enjoy life peacefully together.

I've discovered that meditating on Love, optimism, and positive thoughts, in every moment possible, unlocks the answers I seek (or need), gives me peace, and guides my growth in surprising & fulfilling ways. The wonder, power, and peace I experience from that is what I wish all living beings to experience.

I have no anxiety about the future. Rather, I see a natural process of evolution taking place -one that is moving humanity towards a beautiful, prosperous future of peace and joy....

...By observation I've learned that if you still your mind & heart, and let it open like a flower to the sun, you will see it too. The more you do this, and the greater your intent, the sooner you'll discover the purpose of your life -and a universe that supports that purpose with unfathomable love, compassion, and wisdom. All your fears will dissolve, and a great light will radiate from you, touching & supporting the core of everyone you meet or pass by.
