I knew this is going to happen but I still can't take it.

Maogay stopped eating a couple of days ago and vomited a lot. I took her to the vet yesterday and they told me she has kidney failure. We put her on liquid therapy but it is not helping. Blood test shows her kidney is not working at all. The toxin built up in her body makes her throw up but since she has not been eating or drinking. She is throwing up foam. Vet thinks we need to let her go. I took her home but last night was horrible. She couldnt lay down because she feels like throwing up and she threw up every 10 minutes...foam... I dont want to let her go but she is really suffering. But I have to...I am taking her to the vet now...I can't stop crying. I told her I love her and I am going to miss her. She looks at me..her eyes are so sad... she still purrs when I pat her head...

Why does it hurt so much?

Did I jinx it when I posted my last blog.....

The Best Birthday Gift I Ever Got

So it was my birthday yesterday which usually is the day my brain would automatically go into an analyzing mode of my life. It's like an annual report or something. This year the brain started calculating how many times I have moved so far, how many jobs I have had, how many guys I was with...

So when it was doing the "from 02 to 06, I moved to US, 97 to 02 I was doing that...95-97 I was with so and so...when I went back to 91-92 when I was living at that apartment with a very nice view, it suddenly dawn on me that if I was living at that apartment between 91-92 which was the same year my then 1 year old cat adopted me; that means my cat could not been born before 90'. For some reasons, I have been, for the last 5 years, thought that my cat was born in 89 which made her 17 years old. Now that I "remember" she was born in 91', it is like I am given 2 more years to be with her. TWO years is a lot to a cat. I have been feeling dreadful for the last couple of years that my cat is getting so old, she will leave me very soon. But now, I am given 2 more years' time with my cat!!! That is the BEST birthday gift I have ever got! Thank you, Universe!

An authentic Chinese Tang Dynasty Feitian Dance Show. A real deal...not like my wannabe imitation of Feitian Dance I did at Tribal Cafe or Tribal Fusion Faire. For those people who were so kind to take their time to tell me they enjoy my Feitian Dance, please don't pass this opportunity to see the real stuff!
