Heartbeat gifts delightfully Unwrapped
Another egg you give birth inside yourself
Remarkable things happen
when you hold your own
negative emotional responses
to whatever is occurring in your life
With a healthy acceptance
they begin to shift and dissipate their energy.
Then clarity of awareness returns
as you remember you have choices
wings spreading take new flight
Emotions transmute, congested energies

The fastest way through anything is always the straight line. Do not remain stuck emotionally there but move on. |

i absolutely love this blog post... i will be back later this weekend to read and reflect thoroughly... what i will say right now is this: all we ever do is imagine (vibrate) and decide (choice) so, yeah, this diagram is SPOT ON !!! p.s. the easiest way for me to move through is to spiral (not linear) - to float or go with the flow as it is awesome post, thanks! |

seeing trinites everywhere today . . .
i am noticing the spaces between written words, spaces between objects, spaces between thoughts, spaces between sounds, spaces between musical notes, spaces inside a cup, around it, outside of it. I am noticing spaces, spaces, everywhere. They are all the same spaces, and they are always there. Before the thoughts came, after they left, the space is. Before the music was born and after it died-- the space is. Before the words are uttered and after the speech was silent-- the space is. three hairs
there once was a woman who woke up one morning looked in the mirror and noticed she had only three hairs on her head well, she said, i think i'll braid my hair today so she did, and she had a wonderful day the next day she woke up looked in the mirror and saw that she only had two hairs on her head hmmm, she said, i think i'll part my hair down the middle today so she did, and she had a grand day the next day she woke up looked in the mirror and noticed she only had one hair on her head well, she said, today i'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail so she did, and she had a fun, fun day the next day she woke up looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head yea! she exclaimed, i don't have to fix my hair today! |
