Cloudcycle is a bizarre experiment conceived by Greg Hunter (who worked on some seminal albums of electronic music, amongst others with Orb, Killing Joke, Steve Levine, Matrix movie soundtrack) and mauxuam (unpredictable manouvrer who last year released his album Viceversa, he has been turning knobs and tweaking sounds for over twenty years on many diverse and obscure projects).

two experienced space navigators who lost their way home, met eachother along the digital pipeline and forgot where they were heading to...and why. Master Margherita met them along the way and while trying to help them find a direction, got himself lost too...

Cloudcycle started one mad night 3 years ago and it is still morphing into new shapes...greg and maux have been shifting and drifting...working online at huge distance of time and space (greg in uk and egypt, maux in oz)...connected by the magic of wand skype....with no timeline, no deadline and no end.

Without knowing what to do and simply bored with the old music biz paradigma, they started to release this music as an audioblog on the net uploading the tracks as soon they finished them....including alternative mixes and demos and the samples to do your own remix.

Heavy beats and out of nowhere melodies, slow techno and endless ambient drones....familiar with every genre without belonging to any trend, cloudcycle is a bunch of trip-a-delic dub-minimal-glitch-world-oddness, a spicy and scented delight for the senses...disappearing before you get hold of it...dissolving without trace...fractalized in micromacro syncronicities.

Richness to resonance, truth to tonality, esoteric emotions and subtle harmonies... a spontaneous outpouring from our side to the world, a musical invitation to experience and join for the pure reason of sharing.

Cloudcycle doesn't sound loud as fuck...it's not in your face...we praise the dynamic range...music is the silence between the sounds....pleasure relished in the unsquashed transients...we don't fight in the loudness war.

in the moment we become so involved in the experience, we lose track of ourself, lose track of time, lose track of our

identity...we become clouds.

The Psycrowdelica Festival 2008 takes place the second time and will bring in time to...

...the festival a double CD compilation with a well choosen tracklist shall reflect the special vibes being spreaded on this event already last year and has the order to do this year as well. Mindwaves Music crew and the organizers of the festival presenting a very special product was compiled by Pat-T and Cannibal Crow.

The double digipack is made of one disc psytrance and the other downbeat in the familiar exquisite musical taste the organisation crew convinced in the festival line up. On both discs just top class artists of their genres meet to celebrate the outstanding atmosphere of this extraordinary event to experience it in a safer household use too.

VA Simentry and Kaos

Simmetry And Kaos marks the debut of Mind Experience, a netlabel founded by A3k and Serial Freak. This global compilation features menacing material from producers based in Greece, Portugal, Switzerland, Israel, and Brazil. Simmetry And Kaos emphasizes the dark side of psychedelic trance without being monotonous—it also contains a couple of excursions into deeper realms of night music, particularly evident in the case of Anakoluth’s eerie closer. Septagram provides one of his strongest offerings yet and the Claw remix of an old Paranoize favourite is not to be missed. This release has been mastered by Bash and artwork has been provided by D-Sign.

Mindwaves-Music
was born out of the Noise Poison Label crew from Berlin in the end of 2005 by Pat.T and Jus10, also known as the DJ-duo ChillinBerlin. Completed in 2007 by Z-Neo sound designer of the well-known psytrance project Naked Tourist. Acting as management of Mindwaves-Music, they aim to showcase the finest of dub-lounge-experimental-downtempo electronica and other intelligent or indefinable dance and chill beats to the world of music lovers.

Besides the obvious intention of releasing high quality music, the main goals of the label are the promotion of regional and securely established artists, as well as the chance for talented upcoming producers, both German & international, to release their work worldwide.

The long awaited compilation “Plantation” includes 10 (plus bonus) carefully chosen tracks from artists around the globe. From their views of the electronic dub worlds, a coherent story and soundscape is created. A journey through acoustic dub by Master Margherita together with Kukan Dub Lagan, or the digital as well as traditional fields contributed by Yestegan chaY or Dymons to name a fiew.

This symbiosis of contributions from this compilation weave a groovy and slippery ride through different fields of electronica and bestows an extraordinary chill-out, as well offering the luxury to lean back and relax while listening to the atmospheric music.
