I have known this extremely sweet and artistic soul for close to 15 years. He's a silly, sensitive, brilliant, kind, resilient, self-reliant, spiritual, super-duper human. I count myself lucky to have his steadfast and affectionate friendship. He also gives really terrific advice, and makes the best cheesecakes ever.

Matty is my brother. I've known him longer than all y'all. We used to dig quarters out of fountains to go see movies together. We used to push each other down snow covered hills. We hid secrets from our parents. We got each other into trouble. And of course we beat up on each other and went our separate ways. We've made up, passed the peace pipe (many a time) and share our lives with one another anew. Matty is my brother. He's known me longer than anyone. That counts for a lot.
