I went to the link and i am not clear what it is about...besides that it was a christian site....WOnder what is w/the wedding men/cake...so this dude is against gay marriage? Extremists of all kind really gross me out! i think that i became with age (hehehe not that i am ancient!) INtolerant of the Intolerant!!!!!!!!!!!!! if that makes any sense!

Wow. Um, wow. I hope this guy gets sued for using the Twilight Zone and Leave it to Beaver for a hate message. I can't say what I want to say or I'll probably get arrested. So I'll just keep my mouth shut about what I hope happens to this guy and everyone like him.

It's sooo scary that people actually think this way. I guess it's all about control, fear, power and lest we forget, money. I'm so glad I'm a California girl; and Californians need to stay vigilant.
I'm not a Christian, but I always have wondered why it is that the "love thy neighbor" sentiment gets taken out of the message, for so many Christians. Do they really think that someone like me will come to their door and try to recuit them for my evil purposes? Granted, it sounds sorta fun, but I'm too busy with the willing "victims." *eg* Thanx again for the info Matt (with a big sigh). Ave! |

Actually, I do run into them in the North Bay, more than I like to admit (to myself). There's this whole creepy resurgence of repressive fear mongering going on all over the country right now.
I haven't seen Good Night & Good Luck yet, but I get this feeling we're headed in that general McCarthy'esque direction, again. Icky! |

Holy shit that's just crazy. I always was suspect of those cakilakians. Damn hysteria, I've been feeling it growing around here. Seemed like 5 years ago the east coast was getting more united and people were focusing on making the future better for every one. The past few years things have been drifting back apart, people are more secluded, Rush is gaining more listeners. I get in like 3 arguements a week with people whose agruement is "but Rush says"... at that point I usually quit, there no sense in arguing with a puppet. Ignorance begats fear, fear begats hatred, hatred begats ignorance. Circle of stupidity. I've been a bit peved since the whole lets ban gay marriage thing came up, I've got a better idea, let's ban marriage.
The other bad thing is that the democrats around here are driving to equal extremes pushing logic aside to follow party lines. Fucking clones I swear. That's enough for my political rant, I hates politics. sorry to hyjack your blog. |
