The lack of compassion is what gets me. I mean, I don’t see how people can justify it. In this day in age. In the past, sure. I mean we used to be more animalistic. And we still are, I mean we always will be, but we need to be constantly aware of it. Of our animalistic nature. And we must always be striving to evolve, to better ourselves. The brutality of the history of crimes of man against man, and man against women and children for that matter, is incredible. But history does not need to repeat itself. We don’t have to continue to be that way. It is one of the oldest survival instincts which again harkens back to our animalistic nature: The fear of that which is different from you. As members of the animal kingdom, we are naturally programmed to "mate with our own kind/species. This is where racism comes from. It’s a natural animalistic fear that is programmed into us.

My wife and I were speaking about it the other day. You know, there’s that whole argument of "survival of the fittest" and what not. But you see, we have to evolve beyond that. That’s another way in which the Conservative Christian line of thinking is contradictory. On the one hand, they say that we did not evolve from animals, that we were created in "God’s" image. On the other hand, they equate other fellow humans to animals, originally calling Native Americans "godless savages". For me it is completely unacceptable in this day in age to have people thinking this way. Jesus himself said "blessed are those who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." But that’s exactly what conservative Christianity is doing, persecuting people for the sake of the "righteousness" of Conservative Christians: Persecuting gays, Muslims, Arabs, the poor, the counter culture and human evolution and progress as a whole. They must be stopped.

I think Americans are much too under appreciative of the value of things in general. For example, I work at a pro audio accessories shop and I’m constantly getting scoffs at how much things cost. I for one am amazed that things don’t cost more when you think of everything that goes into them. Take a XLR to RCA adaptor with a street price of say $10. Some might say, "Wow, $10 for this little adaptor!?" But let’s examine this for a minute. The adaptor contains seven separate metal pieces, two plastic, isolative, heat-resistant pieces, and three wire connections between six solder points! That’s a lot of stuff! Each one of these 9 pieces has to be formed separately using individual machines and raw materials. Raw materials have to be purchased, the machines have to manned, and the product has to be assembled some by hand some by machine. So that’s at least nine different machines and nine different humans required for the manufacture of this little part, not including the, materials, labor, and resources involved manufacture and extraction of the raw materials! Then the product has to be inspected packaged and shipped on giant container shipped the equivalent of more than half way around the world! Then there’s all the drivers, maritime workers, port workers, and domestic sales and distribution personnel. Then there’s me the retailer. Let’s say we make a five-dollar profit on the part. Out of that my employer has to pay my commission, which is a whopping $1.25 while you’re standing there bitching to me about it costing too much and asking me question after question in free consulting time of how to plug your shit together! Meanwhile you’d quickly tip a bartender $2 for alcohol drinks of the same value for 30 seconds of work, on top of whatever hourly wage they’re making, and you’re paying $250 a month for internet, TV, and phone service. Then my employer has to pay UPS for bringing it to us (you didn’t know that, did ya?), has to pay a where house person to receive it, a bill payer to pay the bill for it, four other accountants to keep the numbers in order and of course the utilities and maintenance on the store, which believe me, aren’t cheap! $10 for that adaptor indeed!

I spoke earlier about the competitive, animalistic instincts that we have as members of the animal kingdom and as the product of 2.5 million years of evolution (which has been proven). The unfortunate irony is that in this day in age, instead of continuing that evolution, there are forces in the conservative Christian right that is trying to go backwards and hold us down, keep us from evolving. But it’s not just Christians. It’s been my experience that those older and with more power than I are constantly, needlessly creating power struggles between themselves and those "beneath them" in the pecking order. It seems older people with power try with every last breath to fight off perceived usurpers to their power. It’s a paranoid, animalistic instinct. And the result is a slowing down of evolution, because they are resistant to change. They fear change, they oppose it. They feel threatened by it. They perceive it as a personal attack on them and their personal power. If we can approach these people with love and compassion and make them understand that we are not after there power, or not trying to destroy them. If we can point out these animalistic traits that we all have and explain to them that we are trying to evolve beyond that, perhaps that is a good place to start.

Donation of Constantine
The Donation of Constantine (Latin, Constitutum Donatio Constantini) is a fraudulent Roman imperial edict, supposedly issued by the Roman Emperor Constantine I in AD 324, which purported to grant Pope Sylvester I and his successors sovereignty and spiritual authority over Rome, Italy, and the entire Western Roman Empire.

The legend claims that the donation was Constantine's reward to Sylvester for curing him of leprosy by a miracle. Constantine moved the capital of the Roman Empire from Rome to Constantinople, which became the centre of power of the Eastern Roman Empire, later the Byzantine Empire. Were the document genuine, the popes would have ruled as emperors in the West; a succession of Western Emperors who were not popes after Constantine suggests that the document was false.

The Popes used the Donation to bolster their powers and their territorial claims as prince bishops in medieval Italy. The Italian humanist Lorenzo Valla proved in 1440 that the Donation could not be genuine by analysing its language, and showing that the Latin in the document could not have been written in the year 324. Currently it is thought that the document was written during the papacy of Stephen II, around 752, when the Roman Catholic Church needed something to bolster its authority against threats by secular powers.

I gots ta be schoolin'!!


I get really sick of hearing this same bullshit philosophy I hear everywhere ... "good and evil do not exist, nothing exists, bla bla bla" yeah yeah yeah, we already know according to the randomness of quantum mechanics that the very nature of reality should be called into question. Now can we just put that aside and deal with the singular reality of this earthly existence and what we KNOW about "our" history. I mean there is good and evil in everything, but inevetibly most of us have to aggree that SOME things are good and some things are evil. As far as conspiracy "theories" there is no such thing, that's just what we've been programmed to think/say, there are only conspiracy cases that never had a fair day in court. The creation of the federal reserve, Pearl Harbor, JFK, I mean the Warren commision, give me a break all those guys were Masonic buddies of the Military hawks and defense contractors that didn't want to see and end to Viet Nam. Here's some good evidence about 9/11. You think people can't keep secrets?? The hell they can't! Also, the chain of command is structured such that each level has no idea what the level above them is doing, so there's nothing to tell! C'mon, it's a know fact that Osama was on the CIA payroll, and I bet he still is!

"When I heard the sound of the explosion, the floor beneath my feet vibrated, the walls started cracking and it everything started shaking, " said Rodriguez, who was huddled together with at least 14 other people in the office.

Rodriguez said Anthony Saltamachia, supervisor for the American Maintenance Co., was one of the people in the room who stands ready to verify his story.

"Seconds after the first massive explosion below in the basement still rattled the floor, I hear another explosion from way above, " said Rodriguez. "Although I was unaware at the time, this was the airplane hitting the tower, it occurred moments after the first explosion."

But before Rodriguez had time to think, co-worker Felipe David stormed into the basement office with severe burns on his face and arms, screaming for help and yelling "explosion! explosion! explosion!"

David had been in front of a nearby freight elevator on sub-level 1 about 400 feet from the office when fire burst out of the elevator shaft, causing his injuries.

"He was burned terribly, " said Rodriguez. "The skin was hanging off his hands and arms. His injuries couldnt have come from the airplane above, but only from a massive explosion below. I dont care what the government says, what scientists say. I saw a man burned terribly from a fire that was caused from an explosion below.

"I know there were explosives placed below the trade center. I helped a man to safety who is living proof, living proof the government story is a lie and a cover-up.

"If I were to bring the towers down, I would put explosives in the basement to get the weight of the building to help collapse the structure."

CBS News Channel Eyewitness Describes 'Secondary Explosions' in the WTC

The following clips originate from CBS Channel 2 in New York. The reporter is in a helicopter as the WTC Towers collapse.

ABC shows video of the southern tower of the WTC folding, noting it happened just moments ago. My God, says Jennings, Were talking about massive casualties. Jennings begins to speculate that in order to demolish a building, there must be detonation at its base. He seems to be suggesting further bombs. Reporter Don Dahler steps in to change the direction of the thinking, The top part was totally involvedthe weight at the top collapsed the buildingthere was no explosion at the bottom.

As he made his way up along with men from Engine Co. 21, 22 and Ladder Co. 13, the doors opened on the 24th floor, a scene again that hardly made sense to the seasoned fireman, claiming the heavy dust and haze of smoke he encountered was unusual considering the location of the strike.

Tommy Hetzel was with me and everybody else also gets out of the elevator when it stops on the 24th floor, said Cacchioli, There was a huge amount of smoke. Tommy and I had to go back down the elevator for tools and no sooner did the elevators close behind us, we heard this huge explosion that sounded like a bomb. It was such a loud noise, it knocked off the lights and stalled the elevator.

Luckily, we werent caught between floors and were able to pry open the doors. People were going crazy, yelling and screaming. And all the time, I am crawling low and making my way in the dark with a flashlight to the staircase and thinking Tommy is right behind me.

I somehow got into the stairwell and there were more people there. When I began to try and direct down, another huge explosion like the first one hits. This one hits about two minutes later, although its hard to tell, but Im thinking, Oh. My God, these bastards put bombs in here like they did in 1993!

But still it never crossed my mind the building was going to collapse. I really only had two things on my mind and that was getting people out and saving lives. Thats what I was trained for and thats what I was going to do.

I remember at that point in the stairwell between the 23rd and 24th floor, I threw myself down on the steps because of the smoke. It was pitch black, I had my mask on and I was crawling down the steps until I found the door on the 23rd floor.

When Cacchioli entered the 23rd floor, he found a little man holding a handkerchief in front of his face and hiding under the standpipes on the wall, used for pumping water on the floor in case of fire.

Leading the man by the arm, he then ran into a group down the hall of about 35 to 40 people, finding his way down the 23rd floor stairwell and beginning their descent to safety.

Then as soon as we get in the stairwell, I hear another huge explosion like the other two. Then I heard bang, bang, bang - huge bangs and surmised later it was the floors pan caking on top of one another."


'Everyone was screaming, crying, running. It's like a war zone'..."In New York, police and fire officials were carrying out the first wave of evacuations when the first of the World Trade Centre towers collapsed. Some eyewitnesses reported hearing another explosion just before the structure crumbled. One eyewitness whose office is near the World Trade Center told AFP that he was standing among a crowd of people on Church Street, about two-and-a-half blocks from the South tower, when he saw "a number of brief light sources being emitted from inside the building between floors 10 and 15." He saw about six of these brief flashes, accompanied by "a crackling sound" before the tower collapsed. Each tower had six central support columns.[American Free Press]


Genelle Guzman McMillan was on the 13th floor of WTC 1 when it collapsed:

McMillan heard a rumble. "A big explosion," she now calls it. "The wall I was facing just opened up, and it threw me on the other side," she says. McMillan looked for Gonzalez. "I was still holding Rosa's hand," McMillan says. "But she pulled away." McMillan remembers Gonzalez trying to climb the stairs. "I got up," McMillan says. "And I tried to go behind her. The following is taken from an email Neil deGrasse Tyson sent to his family and friends on 12 September 2001. Neil witnessed the attacks on the twin towers from his apartment only six blocks from the World Trade Center.

"As more and more and more and more and more emergency vehicles descended on the World Trade Center, I hear a second explosion in WTC 2, then a loud, low-frequency rumble that precipitates the unthinkable -- a collapse of all the floors above the point of explosion. First the top surface, containing the helipad, tips sideways in full view. Then the upper floors fall straight down in a demolition-style implosion, taking all lower floors with it, even those below the point of the explosion."

"I decide it's time to get my daughter, who was taken by the parents of a friend of hers to a small office building, six blocks farther from the WTC than my apartment. Oh man, I don't know, what's going on?

Hey folks! I'm feeling a little loopy today, as you can tell. I don't know what to write about. I'm going through one of my "feeling stuck in a rut" phases. I'm probable also feeling bummed that I only got like a 68 or a seventy something on the Amimal Services oral exam. I totally did better than that, but I'm just not cut from that cloth and they know it. I'm also realizing what a long, hard road lays ahead of me to accomplish what I need to. I have unresolved work issues to deal with, and my finances are not in the best shape. Ok there, that's about it. I don't feel any better though. Aren't you supposed to feel better when you talk about what's bothering you? There must be more ...

I was flipping through the channels last night and I caught part of the Josh Kornbluth show. He had an author on, Danielle S. Allen. She wrote a book called talking to strangers and she was talking about how important it is for us to have political conversations with strangers. Which is exactly what I am doing and what I've been saying! We can't have people in office who have lived such a sheltered existence based on falsehoods because then when they go to make a decision that affects everyone, in will be the wrong one. I was also thinking about the Reagan era cold war. When I was on libertynewsforum.com yesterday, They by the way have locked me out 'cause they're afraid of the TRUTH, so go there and raise some HELL!! haha ... Anyway, they had this ad on there for conservative t-shirts. One said WWRD: what would reagan do. I thought about that ... lets see, run up a huge deficit building missiles that we don't need, but you see, first of all, it's not a matter of weather or not we needed them, the missile building buddies of Reagan needed to build them so they could make billions of dollars. Also, it's a gerational thing. Those, like my grandparents that remember WWII and saw those bombs being used on Japan, could have very well thought it could happen again. By 1985 at at the height of the cold war, myself and any sensible person realized that it would and could never happen, because it could kill all life on earth. Of course for my WWII was a distant day in history and completely different because we were the only ones with the weapons. Oh well, a lot of missles were built, a lot of money was made by the missle makers. It's an enless maching that is constantly feeding itself by taking food off all our tables. Oh well, wait 'til those IRS fuckers see how many deductions I'm taking! haha They aint gonna get much outta me!

Friggin' ugly Republicans!


Dammit! It happened again, so I'm having to retype this blog! So, as I was paging through the myspace republicans, searching for any that might be open to changing their thinking/knowledge/beliefs, I didn't find that many, then I got tired of looking. Damn republicans are ugly! They live in a state of "hostile denial". Most are completely closed off to anything that threatens their belief system which rests on a house of cards of falsehoods that they have tried to reinforce with concrete and steel. But the foundation is full of holes! We just have to hope that someday they see the light!
