how open are your chakras ?

www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras...test.php suggested by my friend, be and she's correct it does get u thinkin... my results were: Root: under-active (13%) Sacral: open (31%) Navel: open (38%) Heart: open (44%) Throat: open (31%) Third Eye: over-active (69%) Crown: open (63%) Since taking the test, i have been wondering what do u do about an inactive root chakra??? when i first started meditating, my sacral and root chakra had little feeing and/or depth to them, now there is sensation and a deeper sense of groundeness, but I still feel that I am not as grounded in this area to create an expansive balance that provides deeper presence in body and the moment... suggestions, folks??? livin in the light, maya

Our egos are an ever changing mask that is always fluid and experiencing continual change that it is unaware of… not a solid separate entity it believes it self to be… if we let go and be we would know that our egos are a facet of our true selves navigating back to the unity of the “we” the collective source… fluid, changing and moving towards the light… some of us are lost in the ego and feel separate, some of us are the I; the observer that watches the ego grasp at the illusion of separateness , but still veiled, then there are some of us that flow and are at ease with all that is , unflustered by the change and attachments of their ego; they have stopped believing in the illusion of separation…

Loving someone is truly allowing them to be "we" thus free - being interconnected.... to hold on to someone or ones self is to stifle growth.... stopping the fluidity of reflective quality of interrelationships and growth and change... for continued spiritual expansion we all gravitate towards connection without external constraints... allowing our true self to intuitivley move us in the direction for further expansion... if we do not integrate into the "we" (unifying life force) we remain separated in the illusion of the ego, always lacking and wanting, the experience of being connected... if , we stifle someone and put them in a box we deny them and ourselves the freedom to live in their true self , to intuitivly align with their path and to unify with the life force of "oneness and unity" a blunt way of stating it is that we dam them to feeling separate and walking outside the light.... there is a lot of truth in that old saying; "if you love something set it free"... freedom to be, without judgement and constraint.... living in the light, trusting that your life and theirs manifests the lessons and happiness that expands them spiritually... how can we deny anyone the path of their true self... have trust, faith and always be in truth and love each and everyone without conditions and constraints... ramblings, maya

I have been going through, and continue to go through, a deeply spiritual transitional period in my life....that I want never to end!!! lol During this period I have felt that I have had a foot in two worlds and with the two eclipses coming to my birth month I feel poised to make a firm commitment to reclaiming of my true self and the journey inward, which manifests outwards as a unifying journey with all.... The world I have come from is a world where I felt constricted and seperate from the unifying life force and as a result others and myself. Over the last year, after the deeply felt death of my nephew and a movement out of a long standing relationship, I have begun the process of unfolding, birthing a new me, being born again, reclaiming my true self and letting go of old patterns that have constricted the life force that manifests all bliss... It has been a powerful journey where I have had to and continue to erase my ego (false self) and as a result my life has and continues to dramatically change... sometimes it seems faster then blinking my eyes and or taking a breath in... I liken this time in my life to a pilgrimage, a journey to realign myself with my true self .... I have been fortunate to have had, and continue to have, a wonderful baba, Acha Baba,(www.lovebringspeace.com). to hold space for me, teach, love me unconditionally as he has guided my journey inward.... I am about to let go of that "hand" and be in my own "being" to manifest what he has taught me and what I intuitivly have always known... To be a spiritual beacon in his life as well.... I have become aware, but still always awakening to the endless possibilities of my true self and the manifestation of that true self in my waking world... This blog is that process.... a movement toward my true self, a reclaiming of all the possibilities of the self... a life manifesting that inner state of being, "love and joy" that is not based on anything external or any internal drama brought about by fear, the constriction of the heart and or a separetness from the true self.... This blog is a declaration of my souls commitment to always turn to the light, to live in the light, to be the light for those who, like I have been, walking in unawareness and darkness.... I know this is a continuing process, but the intention has been set and as that commitment manifests the two worlds I have been walking in, become one, and there is no more separetness, there is only unity in love... love and light, Maya
