GRRR!
Sat, March 3, 2007 - 2:34 AMJust return it you say? Send it back and get them to send you the one you ordered?
Oh I would, except that the one I ordered was the last one, and a free upgrade and they don't have any left and won't for "six to eight weeks".
I have PROJECTS people! Things to do! I'm sure you can see where the problem with this is.
Plus- guy on the phone=rude!
He can't do anything about it today because he's "just the retail outlet".
Can't authorise a refund, you'll have to call the warehouse.
On Monday. Between 10 and 4. (Don't know about you but I work from 8:30 until 5:30)
Will have to pay AGAIN if we want it delivered next Saturday- the only day we are home.
If this information had been delivered AT ALL in a tone fo voice that indicated that the speaker:
a.) gave a good god damn
or better
b.) was just ever so slightly sorry that the mistake had happened
instead of
c.) Pissed off and wanting to get off the phone asap
I might not be quite so mad.
Maybe the person who got your machine will send it back?
HA!
Do you really think that if someone got a more expensive machine than they paid for in the mail- something worth 3 to 4 times the amount of the machine I got in its place, with £30 of scissors, that they are going to return it? Seriously? Cause if so I wish I could be five again too.
To top it all off, it was supposed to be my Birthday present, early yes, but appreciated no less because of that. Now chances are I'm not even going to get it in time for my Birthday.
MAD MAD MAD MAD RAGE RAGE RAGE. Bitch, whine, moan, complain!
Okay I'm done.
But do me a favour- don't buy anything from that site- or from www.coopersewing direct.co.uk, their parent company.

Argh - I'm mad just reading about the whole thing. Can you borrow one from someone? Shall I put mine in the mail...not really, just wanting to help.
