"Real," "love," "strong," and "friend." Four words which can be assembled in any order and, while they still describe Miz Mermaid, they also still fall short (which she blessedly isn't). This is tough to write ~ you'd better come through with the 10 bucks you promised me for it... She plays with the best of 'em, soars with you in the highest of your highs, and walks beside you through the lowest of your lows. If you know her, you are blessed. If you don't, fix it!

Love working and playing with people of all ages! I believe we are all one and to treat each other with love and respect. I shy away from conflict even though I know it is a precious teacher. I have four hilarious and beautiful children, two of which are grown and out of the house!!!! I am devoted to all four of them and trust that they will make their lives work in their own individual way...what else am I supposed to write here? I love to laugh, especially at myself. People take life too seriously.

Now I am gathering the documentation to give to their Lieutenant to put in his report so he can put him on a list and he will never work in law enforcement in the state of Washington again. I have just spent the past five days in St. Louis with the Veterans for Peace national convention in St. Louis Missouri. I arrived with a sense of bitterness and fluctuating hopelessness and random paranoia of the end of our society as we know it. I am just going to type and type for a while here. My mind is blown. I feel like I should be on my knees grateful that everyone in my family is safe, alive and healthy. And I really am.
