The Chocolate Manufacturers Association seems to have lost its mind. To reduce costs, they have asked the FDA to permit the redefinition of the word "chocolate" so that actual cocoa butter need not be an ingredient. (?!) Miami, here I come! Woo hoo! Can't wait to try salsa dancing in Little Havana, or to actually re-experience the sun's warmth. I've only been to Florida once, years ago, and that was Disney World. Orlando, Florida In July. Please never do that.

There will be four of us, so, if you know anything about Miami, or have ever visited, let me know if you can recommend some stuff for us to do. :) Of course there's the beach, but I know there must be more....
