This is incredible....and it happened at the Dreamtime Festival in Paonia, CO., too after our opening ceremony. It is a supreme blessing from mama Earth and papa Sky, an affirmation of the Rainbow Warrior culture.
Wow, this one is really good... what you can't see is that there were two more inside the lower one, reflections repeating so actually 4 rainbows! It was a site to behold, blessing indeed:-)
